Extremely Disappointing Experience! I regret wasting my hard-earned money on Club Mahindra's membership. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Their customer service is pathetic, and the promises they make during sales pitches are nothing but lies! First, good luck finding availability at the resorts. Every time I try to book, I'm told the dates are unavailable, even when I plan months in advance. What's the point of being a member if you can never use the facilities? Second, the resorts are far from luxurious. The rooms are poorly maintained, the staff is unresponsive, and the amenities are nowhere close to what they advertise. It feels like a downgrade from any standard hotel I could book online for half the price. Lastly, during renewal, they do all the sweet talk, assuring you that your remaining points will be added to the new membership. But when the renewal actually goes through, you get absolutely nothing! It's nothing but false promises to keep you tied into their useless system. Club Mahindra is a complete scam designed to lure people with big promises and then deliver subpar experiences. Stay away unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy!

Horrible experience in booking holidays. Pure fraudulent practices to loot customer on taking membership & year on year as ASF. WORST decision to take membership.

The service provided by Club mahindra is not good. They sells membership on false commitments, can't return money as they failed to provide booking when we needed. Rooms are always full, remote locations, very difficult to get bookings. It takes lot of time to get rooms booked as per priority else we have adjust ourselves to their rooms availability just to recover invested money. Food cast is very high, kids activities are costly. Terms are conditions are in their favour, they keep changing them in their favour. Customer care ppl are there to only for ASF & EMI collections. If we don't book any rooms still we have to pay ASF & EMIs. For prior year's paid ASF also we can't do booking in next year. It's a trap by giving so many commitments and selling membership. Once sold they are not cancelling and refunding all money, Pls avoid them as its wastage of time and money........

Their team called me and invited me to the event they organised as I had filled out the form at the mall I went to. On the call, they clearly said you can come with any family member, friends or relatives. I confirmed twice with them they said yes, you can come. Later when I went there with my brother, I waited for half an hour, and after going there, they said sorry, ma'am, you cannot bring your brother. We need someone who brings their family or husband. They just wasted my time, and they wasted everyone's time. Their team is very rude, and their team member only said our package is full of waste; don't buy it.

We took the membership end of Mar, Sales person Mr Anand Jaiswal came to my home and given all offers and we swipe the card with 158000/. After that he told us that our company takes 10 days to process everything, so I will connect you after it. Then we were continuously following up with him for multiple queries, but no response from his side. I have started escalating at all 3 levels mentioned on their website, but no response till 20 days and after a month someone called me. Now when I told them to cancel my membership then they are saying you can only get the refund if you have cancelled it in first 15 days. Management is completely unprofessional and sales people are unethical. Please do not go for club Mahindra.

Though the resorts are good, the availablity and booking is a nightmare. Even if one tries to book the desired resort on the day it opens the booking at 9:30 am as they claim to be the time of opening, the resorts show as fully booked!! Try it if you really want to spend hours trying to book a resort of your choice or just take what ever is available and spend on flights and conveyance. Guess there are many more resorts available to Indians now than to be tied up to an organization and get frustrated with the thought of booking a holiday with club Mahindra.

Cheats. I took the membership for international holiday. The RCI is useless. Who will stay at only one city for 7 days. Even if you stay for 2 days you have to pay for full 7days . So the discounted price of 7days equal to more than normal 2 days price. I'm a member for 3years. Paid all annual charges. But not been able to book a single holiday. They lie that the offer is valid just for today. Promise many thing. Nothing works. If you want to be cheated buy their membership.
