Rooms are presentable, just require a little attention to detail. It needs to be made clear regards what exactly breakfast includes, and that the water bottles supplied are chargeable and not complementary. Overall appearance is good. After having voiced our concerns, the issues we had were dealt with professionally. Very close to the station, so anyone requiring ease of travel, the hotel is perfect for that.

Service is too bad. I requested for a charger to charge my phone, and no one was helping me. I am disappointed as my phone was dead and I was into emergency situation.

Very good location near to kandivali station , room size is good, service is excellent,interior also excellent at a good price

The hotel is situated in a very crowded place right next to Kandivali Station(check photo). The hotel has no parking facility and the entrance is very shady. Once you get to the floor of the hotel things seem a bit better. The rooms are decent but do not have a single window in the super Deluxe room. Also, there is a continuous sound of trains as the hotel is right next to the railway station. The geyser wasn't working. They spent almost half an hour in the room before the geyser was working and I could use the washroom. Considering the stay, the rooms definitely seemed to be overpriced.

The location is right next to Kandivali station on the West side. I did not find the train noise to be a problem at all as the room is well insulated. The room was very well maintained with few minor issues - soap provided was not good, no complimentary water bottle provided and AC seemed to need servicing for better cooling. The wifi was working very well. Overall a good stay and I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is ok but the food is horrible my mum got STOMACH FLU after eating there the paneer was artificial there was a bad smell in the dinning area . This wasnt the first time either this has happened

The hotel is right next to kandivali railway station. So u can hear the sound of trains every 2 mins . The rooms are ok at best . Found alcohol bottles on the cupboard and tobacco packets behind the night stands which suggest they don't thoroughly clean the rooms . The bedsheets were stained . Could hear noises from the other rooms and reception area all day . The ac was leaking water and not cooling . Waking up in the morning we were walking in a water pool . The flushes are machine operated so they make a loud sound everytime you flush . The pillows stink. And to make things worse the reception staff is so RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILL-MANNERED . Don't waste a penny for this place. I have been to oyos with better staff n service .
