Aureole Hotel

This hotel Food Service Adulterated, no hygienic food was served. No body even bother. In the morning communication done with their staff. In Mumbai from last three days, yesterday evening check in this worst place. Loose motions, high grade fever. I am from IVD medical industry, will not recommend this place for stay & food. They seved breakfast outside the hotel under the tree where Pigeon Shits above. Don't compromise with your health in this hotel our families are waiting for us.

This property is just amazing for your special day. I met Mr. Jay, he helped me with each and everything. He arranged everything in the same way which i wanted. He arranged 37 cakes for me with beautiful garden set up. Thank u so much team for the efforts u all made to make that special moment memorable for us. I would recommend this place with Mr. Jay to everyone

Stayed here during a work trip, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently located, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The meeting room facilities were great too. I'll definitely choose Aureole Hotel again for my next trip. Amazing Hospitality!

It was my first visit and wanted to give surprise for birthday and I got reference of this fabulous location. Jay thakkar helped and guided me and gave full support with each and every single queries even the staff was very friendly who welcomed and served us with tasty food ....overall highly appreciated and recommended

They have there own rules which customer has to follow like if you book a slot of 9;30 to 12:30 uh can not order food after 11:30 what is people is still hungry or they want to order. Very disappointed by this behaviour if uh can't prove till 12:30 uh should not alot that time.

This place is terrible in terms of professionalism and hospitality. Never book any of their dining experiences. The speaker wasn't working, no proper assistance related to the booking and most importantly- they didn't even offer the services for what was paid. All the time their staff was abusing to each other, this place is nothing less than a horrible street show. I have also created a video and shared on social media regarding their pathetic service and behaviour. My strong recommendation, never visit this place.

A good hotel with a good value for money. Need maintainance of their room along with the lobby or else it would have been one of the best in the area. The service is a bit slow which is needed to be done. Located near a metro and also close by the andheri railway station. A bit into the interior. Breakfast is very less favourable and less options as well.

I went for a bachelorette party . They were not at all co-operative for helping for the decorations and arrangements. Food was average. Very limited options on the menu. However, the waiter boys were really helpful. So my rating is average.
