Atlas Grand Hotel

The hotel promotes itself as a luxury establishment; however, the actual room I occupied bore little resemblance to the images presented. The bedsheets were torn and stained, there was a significant accumulation of dust throughout the space, the bathroom was unclean, and water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. Additionally, the staff exhibited a lack of helpfulness and displayed a negative attitude.I've attached photos to this review

The rooms were small and the bathroom was stinky. Not a good hotel to stay. My experience was not good at all.

The stall is very rude . They don't have manners to treat the guest . There are many good hotels available near by plz don't book this hotel at all .

Very bad experience the staff is very rude we were 45 mins late for checkout they charged us 700 rs extra when we ask them why are you charging 700 just for 45 mins the guy was like we charge here as per hours. please don't book this hotel for your family it's a lounge they give rooms to couples who all are under age of 18 also when we were in the hotel the police came for checking very pathetic and unsafe place even the rooms are dirty and smells disgusting please don't pay in advance by watching pictures they have uploaded in Google we have already done this mistake we asked them for refund after reaching and seeing the room condition they denied giving it

Worst hotel ever. Most chapri staff and chapri guest. Forced me to give good reviews. The hotel manager was himself eating in the hallway area along with his staff. Very hostile and hedious experience.

I was travelling my phones battery was about to die. So I asked for charging for 10 minutes. Receptionist guy didnt allow me to charge asking me to take room. I told him i dont want to stay just want to charge my phone. He told me if you have not taken room then charging wont be possible. I had pathetic experience. Didn't like the behaviour. #nohumanity.

The images shown here are fake. Actual hotel is horrible. Rooms are very small, dirty, smelly. You can't even breath inside the room. Most of the furnitures are broken, AC is broken, the room walls have spitting spots. There is no lift, no telephone in the room. For room service, you'll have to walk down to the reception. Pathetic experience.

Never ever book a room at this so called hotel if you want a comfortable stay. Booked rooms from Make My Trip and paid almost 20k for two nights but the hotel doesn't even have a value for 2k. We were robbed by MMT. Even the ones running the hotel were shocked to know the amount charged by MMT. Don't know if the regulators are aware of such frauds being committed by these platforms.
