Astha residency

We stayed with extended family in 4 rooms in the Kandivali property of Astha homes. The rooms were spick and span. Only one room was a little congested rest were good ones. Each had a toilet attached and well maintained. the caretake Kailash took good care of us during our stay which was 10 days long. He is a very good cook and made some delicious lunch and/or dinner for us. The location of the property is very good. Western expressway is just 5 mins away and other shops and amenities are all near by within walking distance. Car parking is a issue but Vishal the person whom I coordinated with for the booking made alternate arrangements in the next door villa which also is belonging to Astha residency. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we felt at home.

Have visited this property twice.....really, really happy with the entire experience from check in to check out. Highly recommend.....

I regretfully share my disappointing experience with Aastha Homes. The apartment was a far cry from the description provided. It lacked proper ventilation, the sheets were visibly unclean, and the room's proximity to the toilets was extremely inconvenient. Despite only having a verbal confirmation, Aastha Homes charged us the full price upon cancellation, displaying a disregard for their own policies and fairness in handling reservations. Due to these substantial discrepancies between the description and the actual conditions, we chose not to stay at the premises. The overall lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction were evident throughout the interaction. This review aims to caution others from experiencing similar issues and to avoid wasting time and resources on a misrepresented accommodation offered by Aastha Homes.

The property is advertised as a five-room bungalow, but it actually only has two rooms on the first floor and one room on the ground floor. The remaining two rooms are not genuine rooms and forcefully made. Additionally, there is considerable disturbance from music coming from the adjacent gym, which shares a common wall with the rooms. Do not excpect hospitality or cleanliness basis the high price. Please explore other options if available.

They say that it is a 5 room bungalow but it's not, they don't have any common area or ventilation. It's not worth the money They are charging a lot for that rubbish place. One can get a really decent hotel in the same price. Wifi isn't working properly, they don't have work desk or electric kettle. They only gave 1 blanket for 2 ppl, towels were not clean. They serve breakfast in room as they don't have any common area for same.
