Absolutely disgusting hotel with lying receptionist who doesn't care. Not only they closed the gate shut with padlock and chain, we could not check in late at night, I had to climb that fence and bang on the door. They also didn't answered the phone, and they knew we are coming late, we exchanged messages day prior. There is no 24-hour desk at all. It was a nightmare to get someone to finally answer the door after long banging. When we finally got the room, it was dirty with food on the bed, AC not working, no towels, no toiletries, no toilet roll. In the morning there was no breakfast. There is no restaurant either. It is all a lie. We run away after that first night. Attaching pictures of the "restaurant" and closed shut gate I had to climb to check in.

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the hotel staff. While attempting to leave a review for the hotel, I discovered that the staff had already submitted one on my behalf! I briefly wondered how this was possible and concluded that when they asked for my booking PIN during check-in, they likely used it to post a review under my name on Booking.com. This is scandalous--please keep this in mind. The hotel does not need your reservation PIN to provide you with service; it was my mistake to share it. However, since I always make a point of leaving my own reviews, I have edited the one they posted and replaced it with my honest opinion. Location: For those looking to stay close to the airport, the location is excellent--just 3-4 km away, with a short commute of a few minutes. Taking a tuk-tuk costs around 150-200 rupees, while an Uber ride is about 4 euros. I can't comment on the neighborhood, as we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning. Check-in Experience: When checking in, I asked, along with my colleague, to see the room before finalizing. This request clearly caused panic among the staff, and judging by their body language, it seemed they were caught off guard. I suspect they quickly swapped our reserved room for a "better" one. The staff's English was very poor, but we managed to communicate basic requests. Breakfast: Breakfast was included in our stay. We placed an order as required (it seemed to be delivered from a nearby eatery), but our flight was rescheduled, so we had to leave earlier than planned. We were informed that breakfast is only available from 9:00 AM, which made me doubt whether it would have been delivered at all. Unfortunately, I can't verify this as we didn't get the chance to try it. Room: The hotel is extremely basic. Our room was in poor condition, though not utterly revolting (we've experienced worse in the past). However, it reeked of urine, and during the night, we heard rats or mice running above us. There was no hot water; the water was lukewarm at best, with very low pressure. Overall Impression: For a one-night stay, considering Indian standards and the proximity to the airport, it's passable. But for a longer stay, I would strongly advise against it. The only redeeming factor is its location near the airport--everything else was very disappointing.
One of the worst place I have ever visited...|Rooms are not clean and there was a centipede inside the bed and rats were running inside the kitchen...disgusting |Specially not a good place for foreigners|Money wasted...|Terrible hospitality and owner was so rude
We booked this hotel for one day. before check in I called there and told them we will reach at 7:30 am in the morning and keep our baggage there. The person who took the call is very friendly and told me it is not a problem (check in is at 12). when we reached there the person at the reception said this thing and when I communicated regarding the discussion he is ok for that. Another thing is he helped me for the transportation issue we faced while arrival at the hotel. After keeping all our luggage we went out. While coming back to the hotel at 10:00 pm no body was at reception. Rang calling bell and wait for some time. still nobody is there. What we have is only the key. No toiletries, no drinking water, nobody to help. In the next morning at 07:00 am we vacate the hotel. for vacating time still nobody is there. when we called to a phone number displayed at reception one person who is sleeping nearby room came(he is who the person assigned during night time. He asked me some extra amount for early check-in. I again explained every thing and after that he asked me some amount (200/-)for keeping our language up to evening. more our he asked me my phone for check out due to same network delay. since I have to move and no time for waiting I gave my phone. what I observed is this guy is typing a review. i told him I will do it later. After the vising while we again come to the hotel for taking our luggage another person was there. He told me like like that they are not charging any money for keeping luggage of their gusts. Then again I wander. While we are at airport check in the same person (who asked me the payment) called me and demand to pay the amount as gpay, that I did't. I the hotel except this guy all others are good. poison one drop is enough.
The Hotel staff is very polite specially Mr. Kalam. The rooms were clean and the food was tasty. The location of the hotel was also very easy to find.
There are some machines outside who are unbearably and constantly noisy. The room was nice, but for this price they should provide bottled water and a towel. The shower head was broken.
A decent option if you are looking for a budget option to just to stay for few nights Rooms - for the price, was neat (205, 206) Washroom - Decent and clean AC - Worked fine TV - Expired connection Parking - Nill/ Location - Right below Sakinaka Metro Station Food - Outside food allowed, better to order via Zomato/Swiggy Price - Around Rs. 2500 per day Don't expect much, it's just a small setup, OK for the price you pay.
