*Superb experience!* I have been staying here continuously multiple times over the past year, and it has consistently been one of the best hotels for long stays. The staff are extremely supportive and genuinely caring, making every stay comfortable and pleasant. One of the standout features is the restaurant - the food is exceptional and has been a major reason for my continued preference for this hotel. The entire restaurant team is fantastic, and special appreciation goes to Chef Ratnaraju, who is truly fabulous. I absolutely love the food here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with modern touches that added a cozy vibe. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The amenities were fantastic, which were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was also ideal. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was delicious - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience was top-notch, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend Aralia to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay!

It has been a great experience visiting Aralia. They offer awesome food with nice hospitality. It had aur 2 day's training sessions and it went very well. Be it their staff, service, or food. All is good.

Reception staff is very rude. They will not accept their mistakes and instead make a fuss out of small things. Stayed there multiple times and had same experience about staff being rude. Never again coming here. Their UPI is never working and also their card machine is always out of service, always asking to pay in cash, pathetic people. Their staff need to learn what is hospitality. Pathetic and worse Aralia airport hotel. Cancelled

I was having my breakfast peacefully and one guy walks up near my table - starts shouting at the staff in Marathi, asking them how did they allow me sit in the reserved area. He strictly instructed them not to allow me enter that section of restaurant from tomorrow onwards. This discrimination has been highlighted to relevant legal bodies and I have recorded that whole conversation in my phone camera which he didn't realise and I will sue this hotel in coming days. Next morning when I went to the restaurant, there were tent boards placed on those tables saying "reserved" and when I checked with staff, they said sorry sir we did it as per instructions.

had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today, and a big part of it was thanks to Shantanu and his team's excellent service. They were professional, courteous, and very attentive. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and great care was taken to maintain hygiene. Shantanu and his team ensured everything was perfect and made our visit truly enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and quick service were much appreciated. Keep up the great work.
