Below is my detailed review of the hotel and my stay there. Front Office Desk (6/10) - Needs ID Proof for each and every person staying. They even need ID Proofs of anyone visiting my room just to meet and greet for maybe an hour. Please carry as if this is not there, they treat you as a criminal :-) Service/Cleanliness (5/10) - The bathroom has floor tiles that cannot get completely cleaned and the staff doesn't do a great job at cleaning. We had to call for cleaning almost 3-4 times and they didn't send anyone stating check-in of new guests has higher priority. Cleaning was done only after lunch and quality was also not great to be very honest. Bath quality (4/10) - The shower of the bathroom is a round old school one that seems like taking a shower under a tap, was really uncomfortable. All rooms are air-conditioned but there was a fly inside my room that was irritating. The 2 stars are for the awesome buffet breakfast that was served. That was lovely. There are no great views from the hotel. It's located in a residential area where you will see kids playing, etc. Feel free to reach out if more details are needed. Also, mark this as helpful so that this review can reach other people seeking a honest review.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were good and clean, providing a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. A work table in the room was a great addition, especially for those travelling for business. The breakfast was good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day. However, there were a few areas for improvement: The bed had a squeaking sound, which could be bothersome(Room 704) The AC made sudden noises at times, affecting sleep quality. The hot water shower pressure was low, which could be improved. A separate set of bathing products instead of a common dispenser would be a nice touch for hygiene and convenience. Also, please note that the snacks and drinks kept in the room are chargeable. Overall, it was a great experience with clean rooms and good amenities, but some minor adjustments would enhance the stay. Would recommend!

Usually I do not review negative, I am a person who understand that everything and anything cannot be according to us. But having said that there are certain things that cannot be just avoided. The check in at 2 pm, we reached at 10 am and there were so many people in the reception but was attended after we told them that we are here for check in. They reminded us of the check in time and we told them that we will do the formalities and leave. We completed all the formalities and left our luggage which we told them to put it our room. But only to find the staff had not checked us in and the luggage lying at the small reception that they have. The people are very casual. On the 1st night, we found some problems and asked the reception to fix it like water leaking from help set, shampoo dripping from the conditioner, AC not cooling and smell from the room. They did not attend to any of the issues. We stayed for 3 nights and nothing changed. Buffet breakfast is just fine. The people are busy in their own work, visibly irritated when guest request for something. Please do not use the laundry as there are chances that garments would not be returned in the right quantities as I gave them 10pcs and to be returned 9. They are good at asking for payment. They don't see the time or place. Just remind you of their advance payment policy. They would not respond to your phone calls to the mobile, stating that they receive so many calls which makes their life difficult. Now coming to stay rooms are small, smells of something. They do not have proper room spray. Amenities ok. Food bad. Guest services negligible. The only plus is the location.|Rest at the price that they quote there are better properties around. |Avoidable!!!!

The experience in this hotel is amazing and each of your penny is worth the prize. The rooms are large and spacious with regular house cleaning. The food and beverage tastes awesome and the best guy I met was Mr. HEMANT SHARMA, he has the best behaviour among all of the staff and is very friendly and helpful, will always greet you with a smiling face and you're just one call away from him. The location of this hotel is also good you will get JB Nagar Metro near by approx 2 kms away. Overall experience in this hotel is a 5 .

The services provided at this establishment were satisfactory. The hotel was booked through my employer's agent, and we were pleased with the quality of the accommodations. The dining experience was also commendable, and the staff exhibited a level of friendliness that surpassed that of other hotels we have visited.

I have stayed at this place regularly for my business travels over the last 6 months. Initially the hotel was good with helpful staff especially at the reception, but over the last two months there have been quite a few changes. The rooms are not maintained well, the front office staff need better hospitality training and so do the staff at the restaurant. The support staff are very noisy and if you are at the wrong floor you can hear them talking loudly through the night. As this is a newer hotel it still might be better than a few others in the locality.

I stayed at Aralia Hotel during my visit to Mumbai. While the overall experience was decent, there were a few things that could be improved. Upon check-in, I was initially given the wrong room key, which led to an awkward situation as the room was already occupied. However, the reception staff quickly rectified the mistake and assigned me a new room. The service was good, and the staff was responsive. However, I feel that the food quality could be improved, as it did not meet the expectations set by the rest of the hotel's service standards. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but with a few refinements, it could be an even better experience.

I stayed in hotel Aralia for almost 16 days. And it was a pleasant stay with them. Room service , cleaning and staff cooperation was very much appreciated. Mr animesh was the cleaning incharge and he had taken care of things very well.
