This my best experience for this hotel loved it. It's hygeinic and cleans Rooms Management is good at this hotel. Fo for it Value for money.when I came in Mumbai I stay at this hotel.Low budget Family hotel.

We had a great stay at the hotel Antlers Gorai. It is a beautiful property and the staff very friendly and courteous.Beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. We will come back soon.

Booked 3 rooms about a month in advance was told to pay for one room to book the date which I did and was told if I cancel I won't get a refund which I said ok to .. on the day of the stay I called to let them know we were coming to which they replied I didn't have a booking even after I told them my name .. then when I told them I have a receipt they found my booking and was willing to refund me since they didn't have the rooms. Also they lied and told me they tried to call me .. and when we went to the hotel realised they didn't even make a note of my number when I went personally to the hotel to book the room.. also they went even sorry or anything. It was all a day before my wedding and they caused me stress. My advice is don't rely on going to them to book a room for a future date as they may not even keep the room and double book it..

Worst experience ever,the ac was not working properly and when we told the manager about the same issue he replied we don't have any other option no rooms are available, he then shifted us into next room which had bedbugs all on the bed floor and everywhere in the room.the service was pathetic the manager was being v rude to us and said "apko rhene hai toh raho apki vagah se hamara business nai rukega" that's how he talks to the customers. Very bad service, should blacklist the hotel.

Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and False Promises I recently booked two 3-bed AC rooms at Antlers for a one-day stay with my family. Upon arrival, we were assigned one 2-bed room and one 3-bed room, but to our dismay, the AC in one of the rooms was not working. Despite multiple escalations to the reception, the issue remained unresolved until 7 PM. Instead of offering a timely solution or apologizing for the inconvenience, the receptionist's attitude was dismissive and accusatory. It was incredibly frustrating to see my family endure discomfort in a non-AC room, especially after paying for AC accommodations. Such negligence and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I urge potential guests to exercise caution when considering this hotel.
