I recently stayed at A1 hotel malad east and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream! Third class hotel. Don't go there. Cockroaches, No water , dirty linen... rude manager uncle. Ye sab jhuth bol rhe h jo 5 star diye hue h. Trust me. Very bad hotel.

Worst experience ever. Please don't book this hotel . The bed is filled up with cockroaches and room was too small in all categories and aslo there was no water supply

One of the best budget hotels in Malad East. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel is kept very clean. It's a simple place but offers great value for money.

Staff Is very rude hotel at specially night manager don't know how to speak to customer very bad behaviour with ladies don't know talk properly he was like speaking very rough language and the guy with him was also like very rude I will never visit again this hotel and request to all the public don't visit this hotel there hotel management is not proper very rude behaviour

Overall rooms are good, but you would constantly hear vehicle sounds, you can't sleep during day because of those sound. I couldn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes. TV did not had any network. Cleanliness wise it was decent. Location is the only plus point as it is only 100 m from Malad station
