OYO Flagship Martin's Inn Guest House

We had booked this hotel for weekend via OYO app but we were not allowed admission in this hotel even after booking confirmation from OYO, hotel said they were sold out. How is this acceptable ? OYO on other hand did not take any responsibility of the issue and simple said we will issue you refund and you guys are on your own. They should have a mutual coordination and solved the Ofcourse the hotel had received booking intimation in advance, but it seems like the hotel just allotted the rooms to someone else just because we arrived late. We wasted almost 3 hours there and got frustrated to find other hotel, being weekend everything was full. Such a huge amount of inconvenience we had to face, even after having a booking in advance and making payment. Very unprofessional behavior at both OYO and the hotel, as no one took responsibility. And this happened with 5 to 6 different guest that day.

Absolutely pathetic management. They took booking on phone and then denied rooms when we reached at venue. These guys over booked and then cheated us by giving room to other party for higher price. Totally avoid these cheaters.

It was a bad experience the ac was not working the staff made me wait 4 hrs to service ac and thn stated the room won't be changed only after an argument they changed the room all the the bathrooms are filthy each bungalow has garbage outside the bungalow linens are not clean ....the guy on reception named Shahid or something as such is rude ...the ac repair guy Sameer Dada was also ...rude ....it was a waste of money although the night reception guy abbas was quite helpful and polite.

Not good I visited this hotel on the 12 December 23 marriage of my friend but the hotel is not good ac is not working and not good service
