I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel O Sai Villa Lodging & Boarding, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are exceptionally well-maintained, offering a clean, comfortable, and cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the rooms truly stands out, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly makes this hotel shine, though, is the fantastic staff. Whether it was assisting with my requests or offering helpful recommendations, their hospitality was top-notch. Bad experience during checking hotel owner demand extra amount, if you have paid partially ammount to Oyo then it will not be refund.

Very bad experience with hotel staff The hotel staff took more money than the booking amount despite the booking and I showed him proper booking id time, date, check in and check out time and told him to stay and we will checkout next day and we check in at 01:21pm after that I go for lunch and he checked me out at 4:18 pm without asking me for once and told if you want to stay then pay again to my personal gpay account This is very unprofessional behaviour He thinks that he is very smart but he does not know that by doing this he has shown his meanness and greedy character

Worst experience with the manager. The owner being there also didn't help us. Manager made us wait after making the full payment for 1hr at 1am midnight. He also charged extra because he couldn't read and understand basic English. Try not to go here as they will find a way to get more money or create nuisance for you.

Room no 206 3rd class experience during stay online they mentioned so many amenities but in room nothing Point no 1 Bathroom leakage Point no 2 TV not working i set by myself but no channel found (only CID) Point no 3 behaviour of managers very rude, impolite, disrespect Point no 4 staff asking for mangoes from the guest

Very Bad Electric problem Rooms and Washrooms are totaly unClean They provide Red blanket which stinks very badly AC not working properly Room Attender Are very Rude they Don't know how to behave with guest

The service of the hotel is 3rd class and the way of talking to the receptionist is very useless, they only work to extort money.
