Hotel O Sai Plaza

They take extra money even you have online booking and they say online service is not available you should take offline room and they charge extra money for that what kind of hotel is this i will complain to high authorities for this kind of situation

Think 100 times before you go there and don't ignore this if you are planning to stay there staff is illeterate and they dont know how to talk . Most people only book rooms only for call girls and they dont even respect the privacy. The rooms are not the same as they look like and it's not even cleaned properly. They just need your money and Oyo and Agoda can't do anything because they also want the commission.. rooms have cockroaches and lizards . If you are planning to stay with your partner just leave dont go there give some extra amount and book any good hotel. They don't have wifi and ac also worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever thier staff misbehaves with guests after drinking. They chArge extra and photos don't matches to room it's totally different and rooms are worst un higines . There are insects and they will ask you to leave hotel immediately at night if you refuse to pay . Food is worst and most expensive and water bottle they are charging 35 rupees I mean why . You won't have any wifi or network there .thank you if you go there just pyar for yourself worst experience ever

Pathetic. This hotel is not at all recommended. Hotel staff is worse. They charged me additional because i have ordered food from outside. It was no where mentioned that outside food is not allowed . I told that i had a word with oyo help desk but hotel staff weren't ready to listen they said its our rules not to allow outside food in hotel. Washroom are dirty. Floor is not clean. Bathroom latch not working. Curtains stinked. I would recommend to prefer any other oyo and make a wise decision.

Very the worst experience, never book from oyo ever!!! Please, guys, don't book from OYO. The hotel guy says we don't take a booking from OYO. So then talk to Oyo customer care. They talk nicely and say we will refund your money back so I'm booking a new hotel for you and you have to pay 10% and remaining you pay at the hotel. Then I went to The another hotel they say the hotel is full. So we can't able to give room. This much big fraud is going by OYO.

Flush and jet spray was not working in toilet...so much unhygienic....Also there was some kind of odour which was continuosly coming and no ventilation. Please check on the hotels and do the needful action for peaceful stays. Not happy with this stay.

Pathetic check in experience. Hotel Manager denied check in saying they had tarrif issue with OYO. Even after complaint at OYOcustomer care I was not allowed to check in also hote staff demanded double the rate at which I booked the hotel.

This hotel is run by fraudsters. They show there hotel on all online apps with pre booking but when you reach hotel they don't accept the booking. They also don't refund money you used to book bu calling it no show. Agoda and Oyo both know about this scheme and they are doing nothing.
