ibis Thane

IBIS Thane is perfect location to go to my office; Rooms are very neat and cleanly maintained on a daily basis. Any issues or complaints are addressed immediately. I'd like to commend the Good work of Ms.Radha of Housekeeping team who always attends to the complaints raised, She does follow up on the same till closure. Thanks to her for her professionalism which makes my stay her a pleasant one. Complimentary Breakfast is very good here as its served all needed varieties, Thanks to the Restaurant team and all IBIS staff - the Reception and all Staff at Entrance Gates for their wonderful service and for being courteous always!

We went for Sunday buffet lunch. They have excellent menu and some live counters too. All food courses had multiple choices and delicious food. Ambince and decor is nice and pleasant. Staff is very courteous and professional. Isha helped us to make ourselves comfortable. This was our second time visiting and many more to come. They also have valet parking. So, best place to relax and enjoy family time with food. They also serve excellent cocktails...Thank you IBIS, Thane.

Went to the spice it restaurant! Esha and Shridhar were great, they listened to our requests and the overall service was amazing. Food was also surprisingly fresh and hot for a buffet. Overall 5 out of 5 stars, ambience, service and food all were on point.

Had a very disappointing experience. Rooms are small for the price that you are paying. Washroom will remind you of flight washrooms. Breakfast is extremely expensive for the quality. Limited options. The real disappointment came with a slice of bread which had gone bad and smelled pathetic. Honestly breakfast was really disappointing. chef was professional enough to address the issue and took the feedback positively. Rather than paying a heavy price for the breakfast , you can go out and enjoy food . I honestly regret spending money for my stay at ibis.

Hotel itself was pretty nice, but we had a few issues. Check-in took 40 minutes because of a scanner issue. Stayed in 2 rooms on separate portions of the trip. Neither TV remote worked. Bidet leaked in one room. Missing towel in the other room. I expected more for something relatively expensive in the area.

Food was excelent and great service everyday. Thanks Pratham :) the overall experience in the hotel was good.
