Hotel Railway Inn

Worst in class room, no cleanness. Don't stay.

Only benefit to stay in this hotel is it's near Thane railway station. Staff was rude, was not even happy to take luggage to 2nd floor when there's no lift. Room was uncleaned and bedsheet was having clear hairs and stains. Asked to change but Manager said can be changed in the morning only. No phone, no resturant. Have to go to reception to get even water. Booked it using well known MMT, reported to them they haven't given solution but gave me 600 off on next hotel. Rather than wasting money on Ranveer and Aliya's commercial spend some on your services MMT. Was too tired and paid booking so accepted room.

Ekdam bakwasss hotel... not clean. Batroom is very very dirty. Lots of cockroach nd mosquitos in room. Even if ur in emergency dont go to stay here. Its really verry dirty. 1800 per rooms Not at all worth. Very cheap and dirty hotel. Totally disappointed..

I had very bad experience. My room was very small having no window and suffocating inside. Front desk person was very unprofessional and rude. The room was not cleaned properly and interior was broken and AC remote was not working. The hotel is nearby to Thane railway station which makes a lot of sound pollution of honking vehicles/auto rickshaws. No parking available and even you can not stop or enter into car at hotel gate entrance. you have to take your luggage to somewhere else to board to a 4 wheeler. Worst place to stay.

It was a very bad experience. Our office staff had a meeting in thane so on urgent basis this hotel was booked.. As soon as the guest arrived they have asked for payment and used shabby language, The conversation was very clear that after tax invoice generation the payment will be proceed. It was a corporate booking Guest were ladies who had been here for meeting perpose. The staff there were not allowing guest to leave as ladies were not comfortable because of the foul language. On emergency basis the payment was made even before check out date so that our ladies staff can leave..I wont recommend this property to anyone specially ladies..

The hotel is value for money. Its just for the purpose of spending night. Below are the drawbacks: 1) No parking space 2) Rooms and toilet/bathrooms are very small 3) There is no lift Positive points are as below: 1) Low value 2) Staff is very nice 3) The rooms, toilets are fairly clean 4) Good connectivity i.e. near the railway station

A normal place for stay. Not more good Problems: 01. Mosquitos in Room 02. Power cut is also a problem. There is no any power backup. 03. Hotel not having its own restaurant. Internal food supplier services are costly and worst. Used utensils (After having work) laying outside of rooms in lobby. 04. Wall paint having bad appearance due to moisture. 05. Unmarried couple entry is not allowed 06. Hotel is in core market. So traffic noise is a problem. 07. Air conditioner's main control is under receptionist's right hand. So you have to call for switch on. 08. Sometime alcholic smell is in gallery and rooms. 09. Wi-Fi not working properly. U have to call again to again on reception. 10. Look like unprofessional 11. Receptionist have own attitude. 12. Ventillation is not proper in hotel

It is opposite McDonald's and near to the station but is very bad. The windows are all broken and the washroom is so bad. I suggest going somewhere else instead.
