DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any hotel. The food they served was rotten -- completely unacceptable. When I brought it to their attention, the staff and waiters didn't just ignore the complaint -- they responded with arrogance, sarcasm, and zero accountability. Their behavior was shockingly rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. No apology, no solution -- just a smug attitude and a bill slapped in my hand like they were doing me a favor. The sheer lack of basic manners, hospitality, or professionalism is mind-blowing. I don't know what kind of inflated ego they're running on, but they clearly don't care about customers. There are far better, more decent hotels in Thane -- avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible Hotel experience stay away the hotel staff entered my room without knocking on multiple occasions, which was unsettling and invasive The staff seemed to be constantly entering and exiting the rooms, without knocking or announcing themselves the hotel's management seemed unconcerned with the issues I raised, and did not offer any apology or compensation for the poor experience entering this hotel at your own risk Because any of your family members could be involved. It could happen.

My Experience was something like this : Nice Cozy Rooms but there is problem with dampness on the floor. (Will suggest people to put ac on dry mode) Service was quick and decent. Early Check was given and no extra charges take from me but late check out is subject to charges. Location is the best part of this hotel. Adjacent to the station and market.

Very very bad customer service. I tried to contact them to know about the price and facilities and the behaviour of the staff was very bad. Not at all recommended.

The location is the best that we can have near the Thane Station. Just a jump away from the station this is a simple budget hotel with all good amenities. The room has a nice view of the station and the bed is comfortable. The washroom is neat and has sanitary items. There is the Regency bar under the hotel and restaurants around. Service can be a bit better though.

Very rude behaviour of staff, can't even co-operate with customers and not even answer any questions. Such a pathetic place to visit. Rooms are not cleaned and very cheap hospitality. Do not visit
