I had stayed for one day for official trip offline booking. I Found the room given to me was very well furnished and comfort, Well maintained. And the location is perfect for railway station connecting travellers. Just 2 minutes walking distance. Room service staffs and receptionists are very cooperative. Veg Food ordered through them was tasty and good quality. I felt slight that the price was very high. But understood that, in Mumbai Thane railway station near it is common. Overall my stay was good and satisfactory.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely disappointing stay at Galaxy Inn Hotel in Mumbai. I arrived early at 6 AM and informed the receptionist (a young man) that I needed a room until 11 AM. He charged me 1,800 and mentioned that the price remains the same for half-day or full-day stays. Later, I decided to extend my stay for the night and informed the receptionist (this time a lady). She was extremely rude and demanded another 2,500 for the stay, despite me already paying 1,800. Her attitude was aggressive, and she behaved more like a thug than a hotel staff member. To avoid unnecessary arguments, I paid the amount, but the experience was horrible. In total, I paid 3,800 for a room that was absolutely pathetic--smelly, unclean, and uncomfortable. The service was terrible, and the receptionist's rude and unprofessional behavior made it even worse. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

I saw this latest review about this man talking about the reception lady and if they don't remove her the hotel's goodwill and management will tank. But when the whole scenario took place I was just climbing up the stairs. And the man was using profanities to that woman with his highest voice which was heard till ground floor. That's not the way to talk to a woman or any person in general. They have to do their job no matter what. And I've been regularly staying at that hotel for work and never once have I found that woman to be arrogant or talking in a bad way. She is kind and is very helpful. And all the other staffs are kind and helpful too.

The oyo app shwoed a price, and when we reached hotel they said they don't have any rooms available. We said he have a booking still they not ready to hear us. After a while waiting there they asked for almost triple the money we already paid in the app. As the time was late and we were tired of travelling we paid triple the money and stayed there . Petherick services and behaviour. Ok for the money paid the room should be worth right? , A big NOO. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel.

My last time experience in the month of December 2021 was great that's why booked the hotel again this time but this time the service and experience with the hotel was entirely different. The cleaning of hotel was not up to the mark . We could feel the oil on the surface. The exhaust didn't function and when we complain about it they say it just don't function. The room were having spider web on the above corners as if they have not been clean since ages. Fir this we asked the room change and what we get is worse room even than that. Last time the outside food we order was delivered to us at our room by the service boy but this time the hotel staff made us come down to the counter and then take it saying we only deliver to the room if you order from our hotel. I mean the service boy was just sitting there . It felt like the hotel staff and service boy don't care about you once you book the hotel room.

I visited the hotel few days back and I've got to say it I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but rhe price was comparatively affordable than other hotels so i went for it. The lady at the reception was really nice, sweet and supportive contrasting the reviews I read. The hotel is very safe for girls staying alone. The staff is really cooperative and ready to help with whatever you need. The room was upto mark and too great at the price they provide.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever seen, the hotel manager and the reception lady always denies if you booked through online (i.e., oyo or agoda) as because if you book through online the price be around 950 rupees but they demanding 1500 rupees for their room. They will say that the online booking got cancelled or the money you paid is not reflecting in hotel site or the manager have cancel their online booking facilities. All they need is extra money and they are baiting customers through online by giving less amount and later after coming to their premises asking more money This was not the first time their doing they have been doing this for lot of time, better avoid these ethicless hotel to have a safe and enjoyable journey

Boxy rooms, too high price, staff is just hell specially that lady, ac doesn't works, room needs plumbing works, bed is movable which kills the comfort.. too much negatives in room, it's best to just take the hotel next to it, this is just worst. Owner must visit and see how the hell the staff is and how rooms are in condition.
