Hotel Dhiraj

We had booked 14 rooms out of 25 rooms which they say they have.. Even after booking the.rooms well in advance on the day of Check-in the rooms were not ready, the staff was not even aware which rooms are already occupied and which rooms should they allot us. Our guests had to wait for 1 hour to sort out the room allocation. We ordered tea and biscuits but they took half an hour to deliver it to our rooms, not at all happy with the service, the behaviour of the staff was not helpful and they sounded rude. The only reason we booked this hotel was we had to attend Marriage in the banquet adjacent to this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Very bad experience as the place was recommended by friends who had been here years ago. Was disappointed with the unhygienic bathrooms. Bedding smelt and felt damp. Wouldn't go back or recommend it. Area is also quite isolated, I regretted my choice as Bandra has hotels around the same price range and there's so much to do and see.

Rude staff, no proper management, they dont provide water in the room. We had a function in Shehnai hall which is just next to this hotel. So we had booked 15+ rooms. The staff had not kept the rooms ready, some rooms didn't have the keys, bathrooms not clean. The staff was totally confused as to which room is booked in whose name. Do not book this hotel.

Very overpriced hotel for service you receive. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

I stayed in the hotel for one night, and i had the horrible experience. Rooms are not maintained, there is no basic amenities in the room like water, glasses, clean bedsheet. I had to attend a function in the hall just beside it and hence that was the only reason i choose this place. But i wont recommend anyone to opt this hotel

Very Disappointed About Service Normal Lodge like Service in a 3 Star Property Faulty Door Knobs, TV not working Bed is average. Very Expensive Not so good experience at all. But Okay for 1 or 2 days stay if no other option is available. Staff is Friendly.

Hotel are not worth for 2500 rs per night. Hotel not clean as per photos show. They are getting 2500 rs even not giving complementary water bottle. I suggest to you don't book this hotel.its not worth as you pay. Room size big but when you enter in room you feel bad. Washroom not clean properly. Overall bad experience at this hotel. Suggest before giving money if you pay at hotel check hotel rooms 1st then pay

I have visited in Dhiraj hotel Thane with best experience||||"The staff were all extremely friendly, especially to my 8year old daughter. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and made my daughter very happy. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was a lot of choice, it all tasted freshly prepared and it changed each day I was there. The hotel also cares a lot about the environment, rewarding you with candy for doing things like returning unused toothbrushes. One of the best hotels I have been to. Staff were the best!! Would definitely return!"
