Hotel Capitol

If any person wants to stay in this hotel with family then my message to them will be that this hotel is very good for families and is safe; if the family has to go somewhere then there is no fear. Fooding and stay is ready fantastic. Most of the times I use to stay in this hostel. Room Service is good, they response even after 12 Night. This will be a long review - the room cleaning staff stole my expensive water bottle during room service and at the time of checkout because I explicitly asked if they saw a water bottle in the room, they enquired and found out that someone took it. The staff is extremely rude. The rooms barely had hot water in the shower. There was no bodywash in the shower. They didn't replace the water bottles in our room and there was no phone to call the receptionist from our room. When we asked them for water bottles by going all the way down to the reception, they decided to bill us 3X the MRP and were very adamant that we have to pay them immediately even though we told them that we are busy with dance practice for a friend's wedding. Will never stay in this hotel again in my life.

Descent stay and an affordable place. Good

Hotel has very good rooms with decent decor and facilities. Staff is very supportive and room service was good. The hotel is located at the heart of the city makes it a good choice for traveling to and from. Overall experience of our stay can be considered as satisfactory

Not worth the time for the price. There are better options in same rate. The rooms and bathrooms are old. Both the bed and the couch have turned black. The Ambience is not worth the price.

I stayed in this hotel for first time. Full of bed bugs. I asked to Change the room. They asked for tariff difference. Dont boom here at all. Receptionist lady is rude. Breakfast is at 10 am. If you are minute late, the dont provide bf and staff is completely non professional. It was pathetic experience. Beds are squeaky. Bathroom leaks.no luggage service too

I was hesitant and in doubt about how the service provided will be as the reviews that I had read before going here were not that great. But I was very much happy with my experience. We got clean room , bathroom and the food quality and taste were very good
