I recently celebrated our engagement at this exceptional hotel, and I cannot praise the experience enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and genuine care for our special occasion. Manager Abhisek deserves particular recognition for his outstanding leadership. His personal touch was evident throughout our stay, ensuring every detail was perfectly executed. He checked in with us multiple times to confirm our satisfaction and made several thoughtful gestures that elevated our celebration. The cooperation of the entire staff was truly impressive. They anticipated our needs before we even expressed them, creating a seamless experience from check-in to departure. Their professionalism was matched only by their warmth and enthusiasm for our engagement celebration. As for the food - it was absolutely over the top! The culinary team exceeded all expectations with their creative presentations and exquisite flavors. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully prepared and served with elegance. The special engagement dinner they arranged featured courses that perfectly balanced sophistication with comfort, creating a memorable dining experience.

My mom and I had a very good experience at this hotel and felt extremely safe during our stay. The location is perfect as there are many places to eat nearby and there is also a mall. The room is very good with everything in place such as a kettle, tea/sugar, and the shower is amazing, with hot water available 24/7. The staff are extremely helpful. I experienced food poisoning from food I had consumed outside, and the manager was kind enough to purchase some medications which I had requested. The nightly rate is also very affordable. The breakfast is very delicious, with many options for your needs. Having come from UK, I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would totally recommend it.

The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. The presentation was impressive, and the quality exceeded expectations. Guests particularly appreciated the fresh ingredients and rich taste. The service was top-notch--the staff was professional, attentive, and well-coordinated, ensuring a smooth flow of the event. From setup to catering and guest management, everything was handled efficiently. Overall, Archna Hotel is a great choice for hosting events. With its excellent food, outstanding service, and comfortable space for 200 people, I highly recommend it for celebrations and gatherings.

I had actually attended Marriage in hall, but yes it was great place, Staff was great and food was on point. No wastage, proper dinning.

I was hosted birthday party of my son it was very well arranged & Good services by hotel staff. Food was amazing every guest enjoyed a lot.. Staff was very much polite & well trained.

Amazing service by Anand at Archana hotel. We had a family get together of 25 people and he was very good in suggesting all the dishes. All our family members liked all the food served here and his suggestions were very good.

I would rate this hotel 5 stars. Oh wow it was a really good experience. I had organized two family functions here one was my engagement ceremony and another organized yesterday which was my Baby doll first birthday. I really loved the overall service provided by this hotel, staffs were really good and mannerly behaved. Food was very tasty. Everyone who attended the event were so happy with the quality of the food.. I will recommend this hotel for conducting any family function..
