What a wonderful retreat this rainforest resort is a beautiful escape in a luxury green mountain Are family gateway at this rainforest resort was a dream come true the pure vegetarian food was excellent with a variety of choices Our stay at the rainforest resort was fantastic This property is a perfect for families with activities and amenities that kept everyone entertained Will definitely return

They losing on the maintenance and management side. The location is amazing. The staff is very polite and helpful. They happened to be over polite. During our stay, the other group was playing very loud music till 12.45am. I had to go out and walk the whole resort to reach their reception and raise a complaint. The staff was uncomfortable to ask them to reduce the volume or stop the music at that time. The worst part for me was food. It was just to fill our stomach. We are not going back there in any situation.

Cons||1. Not clean. There's no maintenance near the tent area, everywhere there are unmaintained smaller trees and grass ||2. Swimming pool is not available after 6pm. ||3. Average Dinner Food||4. In our case, administrator took charges for breakfast twice. First he told us that it's already included in dinner but later denied. High charges and they don't even have basic coupan system. ||||Pros||1. Evening DJ was good - and only activity. ||2. Lunch food with aam ras was great

Feels overpriced for the services offered. Don't get fooled by the ratings. I'd been here during 2017 monsoons. The pool is extremely small and was dirty when we visited this place. It was such a big turn off. Nothing else to do here. Decent if you want to a place for your drinking plans amidst the mountains. That's it.

I had booked for 2 adults & 2 kids through makemytrip.com, however I was charged for 1 kid. Very terrible stay experience, it was bad than one star or two star hotels. AC was noisy, room was not clean, bathroom was very very bad, no soap, no shampoo, no toothbrush. Moreover the breakfast was pretty bad. There was tea, bread butter, utapam & poha, nothing else. Will never visit this resort again

Rooms are not good. 1. Roof and walls were leaking. 2. Washroom was not cleaned and water was muddy. 3. Bedsheets & pillow were not cleaned ( they were in filthiest state ) Property 1. Its far away from any tourist spot and we have nothing to do in resort 2. Swimming pool was filled with muddy water and was not cleaned properly ( huge amount of chlorine was poured in ) Food 1. Not good 2. Restaurants was not hygienic In short avoid this place. We paid 1800/- per person and it was total waste of money.

Worst resort I have ever been to. We got scammed by the pictures online and they are not similar at all. The area is disgusting and filthy, and the rooms are even worse. Please do your research and look for a different place. The entryway to the rooms were filled with muddy water and the bathrooms were not good at all. I vomited once I entered the room. This money can be better spent at a hotel or resort that has better ratings.

It's a good property for a weekend gateway, but it is very expensive. They only provide buffet meals,the quality and taste of food is not good,apart from that the restaurant is closed. They won't even take calls for tea n coffee. If you are travelling with kids or infants make sure you bring all the necessary items with you.
