Absolutely unclean hotel. Avoid

It's a lovely restaurant to eat, Although they don't have much on the menu but the food is great whatever is on the menu. The vibe and the interior of this place is very great , typical old village house type.

Not very well place to stay staff is supportive but non resolving issues the tv only worked for 15 mins after that whole day it was not working. They don't recharge the set top box. Ac was working absolutely fine. But they shut down the ac from reception due to continuous power fluctuations. Bed sheets and blankets where not changed before the check in. They will provide you the used bed sheets rooms are not well maintained you will see stains every where on wall. This property don't have their own kitchen so they will provide you food from another hotel. Staff is good as they provide you early check ins if rooms available. Matheran 7 to 10 kms away from this hotel so if you are looking for matheran you have to take cab from station the hotel is located in city. Bathrooms are not very clean. Overall i will not suggest this hotel if no option available surely go for it.

Here is the reason: - Perfect and fast wifi - Excellent menu for breakfast options - Amazing staff and service - All the staff who work here are so kind and hospitable, wonderful people - Large mirrors and windows facing the sun - Close to Railway station - Close to Matheran taxis
