Exceptional Potential, Minor Refinements Needed This hotel's spacious accommodations, exquisite cuisine, and attentive service created a memorable stay. To elevate the experience, consider upgrading old bed linens and hard pillows, and providing the housekeeping team with additional training on thorough room dusting and regular AC air filter cleaning. With these targeted refinements, this hotel could truly excel and deliver a superior guest experience.

1. Parking is good. 2. Rooms are specious. 3. Old property. 4. Electric switches & most of Electric items are not working. 5. TV not working. 6. WiFi interrupted & poor. 7. Hot water not coming. (They told it's happened sometime) 8. Overall average hotel.

The experience was very bad. They are over priced and they cancel booking even after you get a booking confirmation, if someone is willing to pay high cost that you paid via booking platform. They put in that situation after reaching their location. They seem to be heist service and they are a part of OYO HOTELS. Will not recommend anyone to this hotel. Please be aware of this.

Very bad experience ..I had asked for basic amenities for the room but they couldn't full the service. They couldn't not get me a bottle of water to the room..least concern about the guest who stay here. I request non to stay or visit this hotel again.. be awake of it and not worth to stay here

It is surrounded by big trucks due to terminal parking, please be safe when you visit, rooms were average and costing to high. Rooms were not up to mark for that price, food was ok ok, no hot water, no soap or towels in the room, we have to request it, no contact details in room to connect for any food or reception, used bedsheets and pillows.

Rooms was neat and clean and room size is big but I have only concern for not maintaining rooms properly food was good

The worst hotel I've ever been to. No cleanliness, rude staff behaviour, no value for money, flies flying everywhere in the room, bedsheets had holes, wires coming out of sockets, washroom smelling, balcony filled with green algae and many more things. Even after complaining, no action was taken and was denied any further help. Food is also very costly and they don't allow the delivery guy to come from outside. The worst part is they are a part of OYO group and still they are so bad. Even if the hotel group was bad, OYO should have made these things better, being such a big company. Terrible. Room is quite spacious & bed is comfy and sufficient for 3 adults to sleep comfortably. Safe parking space. Absolutely loved it. Although I didn't use the canteen but they have options of both veg, non veg & bar
