Worst Hotel Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs! This is the dirtiest and most poorly maintained place I've ever stayed in. The room didn't even have basic facilities -- no proper hot water, the washbasin tap barely worked, and the entire room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs. We stayed for two days, and on the second day, they didn't even change the bedsheets or clean the room, even after repeatedly requesting them. Hot water wasn't provided, and we had to take cold showers. The bedsheets and towels were stained, and the whole room smelled horrible -- like dirty socks. The room shown online is nothing like what you actually get. And the staff? Extremely rude and careless. When we asked for cleaning, they told us to leave the key and go. When we refused, they simply said it's not their problem and never cleaned the room, saying there's only one room boy. Absolutely terrible experience. Do not waste your money or ruin your trip by booking this place.

Terrible experience in mumbai. We stayed here for two night. First day it was bad, second day it got worse. No proper room services, full of insects roaming around, warm shower wasnt provided. A very rude staff, they didn't even bother to clean our room after first night. And when we requested they replied only one room boy is there, then why so many rooms are built. Nothing is provided as shown in the photos, I recommend not to spend your nights here, you would really regret.

A highly disappointing stay marked by poor hygiene, unhelpful staff, non-functional amenities. Liked * The location was alright. Apart from that there was nothing to like. Disliked * Almost everything about our stay was disappointing. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The hygiene standards were extremely poor -- we had booked two rooms, one of which was infested with mosquitoes, while the other had a foul smell and was crawling with cockroaches. It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience overall. Definitely not recommended. None of the TVs worked as they were "under maintenance," and the ACs were fixed at one temperature without remotes. We asked to extend one room for just an hour since my sister had an exam, and though OYO allows complimentary stay till 1 PM if rooms are available, the staff insisted we pay 1000 extra--despite the hotel being completely empty. Poor service and attitude overall. Not recommended.

Very dirty room, Don't get fool by seeing the photos from oyo website, its totally different, charged 26 rupees for one bottle of water, wifi was not working, tv and telephone was not working. Room was dirty, there was cigarettes buds in ashtray. So trust me don't book it. Only good if you want to stay for couple of hours but the charges are too much, i booked vis oyo website and it charged me 1400 + 300 for early check in. And while check in they ask for my mobile to check the oyo id or something and self rated using my phone and now i'm not able to give review on oyo so sharing my experience here.

Worst service, Roude and mannersless staff......its better to stay somewhere else than this unhygienic place

Location is good. Service not very good. Neatness was fair. And I was charged 800 rupees for a three hour extension from check out time.

A very bad hotel . In the photos it showed beautiful in reality it is completely different. If you book this hotel it's a waste of money. The room size is very small. Beds are very old . Mattresses are dirty not washed you can easily identify. When I entered the room it was stinking. There are cockroaches in the rooms. Lights were going in between. The rooms are very old not up to the standard The furniture is also in very bad condition . They fool the people by showing good images. If you don't want to waste your money do not book this hotel. If you are looking for a hygienic clean room don't book .

Worst experience Ever - I recently stayed at Hotel Super Collection O Panchratna, and the experience was far below expectations. Upon arrival, the reception staff was extremely rude and insisted I pay an additional 500 for early check-in, even though I had booked through OYO. They claimed OYO was misleading and said I should book directly with the hotel next time. It was not a welcoming start at all. Once I got into the room, I was shocked by how different it looked compared to the photos on the OYO app. The room was dirty, with cigarette buds on the floor, cockroaches on the bed, and a broken TV screen. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, which was very disappointing. I requested a room change, and to my surprise, the second room was even worse. There were no curtains, black water was coming from the taps, and the entire room smelled awful. After a long day of travel, I was too tired to keep complaining, so I ended up staying in these uncomfortable and unhygienic conditions. This experience was far below OYO's standards, and I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. It was a huge letdown, and I hope OYO looks into this.
