OYO Hotel Sarovar Grand

They have pathetic rooms, I found bed bugs in room, very dirty rooms, they never clean the rooms, toilets are pathetic never cleaned, Peoples literally spits on walls inside the rooms and hotel stalls never bother that and never cleaned it. And special they provide very pathetic service, even you can say they don't provide services, I asked for water bottle, one guy came to me for money first and told me that need money to buy the bottles, so you need to carry yourself if you want to stay there. Food taste and quality was also not good. I would say don't go to stay here. This is only for couples who borrowed for 1-2 hours, and I found the same things only in this hotel.

Very unhygienic rooms. Bathrooms choked up in single use. Unsafe car parking. Our car windshield was broken. We selected this hotel as we had to stay only for 5- 6 hours at night. Checked in around 1 AM and checked out at around 6:30 AM. Considering short time also experience was frustrating. Avoid oyo based hotels.

Unsafe location : when the vehicles are parked in front of hotel someone came and broke the car window and bonet of the car and the management and owner are not taking any responsibility Very unprofessional behaviour in a business Never visit the this hotel it's not even worthy of 1 star.

Extremely bad and horrible place to stay. Worst living experience and isn't worth here to spend 100Rs too. AC doesn't work, Stinky and Smelly bathroom and hasn't been cleaned. Linen on the bed is very dirty with brown marks everywhere. More than anything the hotel management doesn't accept OYO fares and would demand more money at the premises. In my case he demanded 800/- which I paid at the entry. If I had checked the place first, I would have preferred to lose whatever I paid on OYO.

Good place,size of the rooms is average, there was electricity failure thrice when I had stayed, but the back up generator was immediately activated. Would surely recommend it to everyone one. Don't go on the looks of the exterior, trust me it is more than Worth of the money. Room service is good, you can ask them to make food at any timings and if possible they will serve it in your room. I personally had ordered my dinner at 2.30am ,

Worst place, bad location, next to garbage dump, very bad smelling outside and inside. Creepy rooms, no ventilation, no water bottle, how does this place qualifies as OYO hotel. Pl ask Mr. Agarwal to personally check and include in oyo list. Immediately checked out and searched another place. I should not be asking for refund, as it will not be entertained. Thanx for making our holiday nervous and anxious. Luckily it was still time to sunset, another place could be booked for the night.

Service may be a negative rating if available that option. Hotel rejected my entry in the same package. They said that I have to pay extra amount. Didn't stay there. I left that place. I will never book oyo hotels and will update everyone not to book hote from such unprofessional chain.

Overall it was a very bad experience with OYO even after paying high price for this hotel, after escalating you it was not resolved. Would never recommend Oyo to anyone. Located in hard to find area, roads to reach have big potholes, heavy vehicles are parked around this area, not good for families. Highway trucks sounds disturbing in night. Service staff was good but not sharing problem information to manager like Breakfast was not good quality, there was a hair in the food, washroom not cleaned everyday wasn't known to hotel reception and owner. Sealed water was not replaced in the room while cleaning the room, when asked only 1 water sealed bottle will be given everyday for 1 room said by Khalid, Not sure why then charges for 2 guests is taken. Sealed Water was not given on the check out time saying no water on check out day. No cooperation from property owner Khalid and Oyo customer service even after escalating it during stay. Good thing was Geyser, TV, enough space in room and service staff.
