OYO 79189 Flagship Orange Inn

Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed. Me along with my husband went to the hotel on 19.08.2024 night and seeing the horrible condition of the room and toilet requested to cancel the booking and return. The staff behaved rudely and refused to pay back. We went with out getting our money back and took a room in Hotel 3 star, near by. OYO has a good name. But keeping the logo with hotels like Hotel Orange Inn will give a very bad name for OYO. Please consider removing this hotel from OYO group.

My recent stay at Hotel Orange in Kharghar was unfortunately quite unpleasant. Several amenities malfunctioned throughout my visit, including the TV, air conditioner, fan, and washbasin. The air conditioner wouldn't maintain a comfortable temperature, and the water pressure in the washbasin was very slow. Overall, this stay fell short of expectations.

Horrible. Worst hotel ,I have seen in my life. I paid Rs 1800.00 and took the keys on 19.08.2024 (Monday) night. After seeing the condition of the room especially the toilet, I requested to pay back the amount but the staff did not pay back. I was constrained to book a room at Hotel 3 star near by. I had faith on OYO, after my experience with this worst hotel ,I have changed my opinion. Now I will never go for OYO.

Horrible rooms full of damp seapage walls, yucky washrooms. Customer service ask u for tips like beggar even without any service whenever they get a chance to see you. If you dont give any tips that guy starts abusing and talking nonsense stuff. Location is nice. Other than that each and every stuff deserves zero star. I wish google had option for it. I had a 3N4D reservation
