I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The food amenities were great, with a good variety and taste. The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. The entire hotel, including rooms and common areas, was very clean. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience.

The hotel was very good. Room service was quick and efficient, with orders delivered promptly. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh towels and linens. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Staff Manav provided exceptional service during our stay. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing our needs. The hotel's cleanliness, amenities, and comfort were also impressive.

Breakfast could be better, fruits were not very fresh and even idlis were super hard and not fresh. Room service was okayish , asked them to fill toiletries multiple time but didn't get it. Dinner was good and rest services were nice.

We were here for a concert at Dy Patil stadium. All hotels were packed and many rooms were booked here Staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Rooms were very clean. They helped with early check in and an additional room at the very last minute. Great for a short stay here.

The parking situation was frustrating. We were stuck for almost half an hour waiting for someone to move their car so we could check out. Even the staff didn't know who the car owner was. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience regarding parking management. On a positive note, the rooms themselves were good.

I will not recommend this place for family who has little baby because they don't have kitchen for baby food preparation. They use to order food from other restaurants which is very costly. Poha - 150, Veg Sandwich - 180 Reception Manager was rude, staff was not found polite. For basic things like hot water, bucket, mug and towels we frustrated. They don't allow visitors, I booked makeup artist for function they not allowed her after many request allowed. Apart from this Room was good and clean but dont take room on 1st floor it is backside.

Very poor services. The mattresses, bedsheets, and even the toilet and bathroom were of very poor quality. The checkout process was also very slow; they took a long time to check the room before allowing checkout. Very bad experience.

I recently stayed at and my experience was quite disappointing. The room I was given was not proper there the bedding felt very uncomfortable. What made matters worse was the reception staff. When I brought these issues to their attention, they were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. Their lack of assistance added to my frustration. Overall, the combination of an unsatisfactory room and unresponsive staff left me very dissatisfied. I won't be returning to this hotel
