I stay here for 5 days . Excellent customer service. Supportive staff. Healthy breakfast provided at punctual timings amazing. Extra care taken by the owner to all guests. World class level hygiene and development regarding security of guests. High speed wifi and smart television with attached king size balcony and bed offer at chipest price at prime location. It's very nearest place from thane and avroli . Nearest railway station Digha approx 1.5 km distance.

This place is definitely a perfect example of dont judge a book by its cover. Initially when i came, i had my apprehension seeing the location of the hotel but the service of the hotel and rooms were soo good that they made me chnage my mind about my stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room are big and comfy. Service was prompt as well. Do boom the super deluxe room as that its more spacious. overall a wonderful experience ans highly recommended to book a long stay

Our experience was "Just Average its Budget hotel" Room was not at all deluxe as shown in photos, Your sleep gets disturb as it has lot of mosquitoes inside, frequent power cuts occurs and backup is so delayed. Suggested if you have budget constraints and single not family friendly. Location is good and has good nearby connectivity IT cos.

Rooms were nice and clean. Only thing is they tell you different prices on phone and later when you arrive for check-in they ask for higher prices. We reached late night at around 11:00 so we didn't have any other option than to take the rooms. That's the only concern I had. On phone call they agreed to give rooms at the price discussed, in fact they called twice to confirm wheather we are coming. But later when we arrived they denied the price discussed and after some bargaining they agreed to give the non AC rooms at the said price. That's all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ivory with my family for two days, and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and exactly as described online. The staff went above and beyond, even joining us for my birthday celebration at my father's request, making the day even more special. Their warmth and support truly made us feel at home. Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for us!

The hotel's ambiance is big, neat, and clean. However, in terms of providing room service, it falls short. The provision of two TVs, one in the bedroom and another in the hall, is rendered useless due to their outdated versions. We were unable to watch Netflix, as the device was incompatible with the current version. Furthermore, the WiFi speed and range need improvement. There was no network in the bedroom, making the TV useless. Additionally, I found wall cracks and damages in both the bedroom and hall. It would be appreciated if the hotel could provide essential kits at the time of check-in. I had to request a dental kit the next morning, and it was only partially provided. In contrast, during my recent stay at Hotel Starlit, located nearby, I received a comprehensive range of amenities, including dental, shower, and shaving kits, as well as hotel slippers, without requesting them. Moreover, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. Despite booking a 2-day Suite Room package that included breakfast, I found that there were no options provided for choosing our breakfast preferences. Instead, we were served a standard breakfast without any prior consultation. It would be ideal if the hotel could offer a breakfast menu or take guest preferences into account. Furthermore, the bathtub in our suite was underutilized due to the absence of bubble bath foam. Providing this simple amenity would have greatly enhanced our bathing experience, allowing us to fully enjoy the luxurious bathtub. Lastly, while I have no issue with the hotel having pets, it would be advisable to have someone restrain the dogs when guests are entering or exiting the parking area. Specifically, when I stepped outside, the Pitbull ran towards me, attempting to bite my leg.

We stayed in this property as we were attending the coldplay show. The room size was very small and there were no proper amenities like toilet paper roll, dustbin etc. It had restrictions like no outside food allowed, dining on bed and yet no dining space was available. The breakfast was delayed and despite calling multiple times, it was served after 10am. In the breakfast, they served chhole bhature in the room itself. Bhature were not fresh and appeared reheated. We got it replaced with the sandwiches/tea but they charged us extra for the same. Will not recommend it ever.
