Hotel Radana

Hotel is in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Private buses towards Pune can be caught as it is about 3 kms from the Old Mumbai pune highway. Extremely less morning breakfast options available at the hotel and quality of food is very cheap. Otherwise room services are okay. Less options of good restaurants around. Hotel is at affordable pricing considering hype of the city.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Careless staff, dirty rooms full of beetles. When I asked to refund money, they did not do that and instead offered other 2 rooms, both same filthy and smelly. On the streets, rats are being seen everywhere because of rubbish.

The problem with this hotel is that the rooms they have posted pictures of are big but when you actually go there the rooms are very small. So small that there is hardly the space to walk between the bed and the wall. Secondly, the washrooms are very stinky and unclean. Thirdly, the staff is not at all lenient and not at all cooperative. Had a very bad experience with my guests coming over to the hotel room I booked, I literally had to send him back, and the reason they gave was for safety purposes. Fourthly, their rooms are not at all safe for couples as there is no sound isolation, even if two people talk, people in the corridor can hear everything. To hell with them. Not at all recommended people!!!

I booked room with complementary breakfast . I didn't get breakfast . Small rooms. Small washrooms . Budget travelers can opt here. Neat place and clean hotel .

It's a Bad Experience from these Hotel Radana Sersly guys don't book rooms at these Hotel Unclean area of hotel,parking problem,Rude receptionist & staff

I booked their best room which cost me like 5500 Indian rupees. And above room's roof was residence of pigeons. As a result, there was a constant smell of pigeon excreta, literally. And you could hear their noise all the time. Their excreta was falling on the bed all the time along with their feathers. The waiters were so much looking for tips, that if they were not satisfied with the tip I have they would voice their requirement or give that look. Phone and lock in the room, nothing was working initially. Reception was good. But, I immediately regretted the moment I entered the room. Nobody should book their suit room

The rooms are very small, They need to take care in teams of cleaning, the rooms were a little untidy. I have observed the water logging inside the bathroom also. Food they will serve late at night also. Difficult to find out the hotel is little inside from the town

The room was too small and had a foul smell. The bed was really uncomfortable and it was very difficult to sleep on it. Other than that room service was fast.
