It's not an OYO, it's a lodge !! Would prefer giving stars in minus! One of the worst OYO I ever stayed in. The rooms were so unclean had to change room thrice but still not satisfied with the room which allotted! The bedding were very unclean, yellowish in colour with the stains on the bed cover with an untidy blanket with hair in it. The room was not at all cleaned, not swept and when asked multiple times for cleaning the manager kept on saying the staff hasn't come yet it was 1 in the afternoon. When the cleaning boy came he just swept and wiped 2 tiles saying the room is already clean and we clean it everyday! Could find cockroaches roaming around. One of the horrorifying experiences!!!!

We were stranded in streets because of these guys as they were not allowing us to check in stating that we paid less amount in agoda. V went with my kid and we reached hotel at night 8 pm. I ve never seen such cruel ppl...Heartless receptionist with zero ethics... Hope I never come across such ppl in my life again..

Don't make the mistake of booking this oyo. I booked thru MMT for 25 days, travelled far to panvel and finally they denied check-in. Reason was that fares were very low online what they demanded, finally MMT refunded and i hv to go back in search of another one. Ultimately the customer has to suffer in the fare-ware bw online & hotels. Moreover, it was not hygienic even. Hv seen lizards and cockroaches in the reception area. #Makemytrip #Oyo #Blacklist

The room are very awesome and clean the stoph are very sportive
