I stayed at this hotel for 1 night while travelling to Panvel. The hotel is located just few steps from the main highway. The rooms are beautifully lit along with all the amenities and toiletries. The check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful. The room service was quick. There are also few restaurants nearby to dine out. Overall, i had a good stay in this hotel.

Mine was just a one night stay at the hotel. Checked in hotel at around 11 pm and used the hotel just to relax and sleep and to be fresh for next day. About hotel cleanliness I would give a rating of 4/10. Hotel is very close to Panvel railway station. Just a walkable distance from there, that is why we booked this hotel. This hotel has an in house restaurant which is good .. they give breakfast included if you pay additional 300 bucks and also cashback of 250 RS... But we dint wait for breakfast coz we had to leave early.

We stayed at Hotel Payal for 1 day while traveling to Pune. The hotel is located near to highway and yet in the city center. There are many restaurants nearby and hotel also has an in-house restaurant. We had booked deluxe room which had all the basic amenities including AC and hot water. The view from the room was pretty okay but other than that the service was fast. Overall, we had a decent one night stay with good nights sleep.

Hotel payal is situated in the middle of panvel city so easily accessible for us. The hotel is nice and the prices are really reasonable. We did not eat here so cant comment on the food. The service was good and the staff was friendly. they also have a banquet hall for small functions. Overall decent place to stay.

Very nice hotel to stay. Courteous and friendly staff, food at the arm's length at the hotel and also across the street. Being right next to highway makes it even better. Also getting an opportunity to be the first occupant is a treat. 4 only because of one bad tea. I know they will get better for sure...

Good economy hotel for stay. Only poha serve in breakfast after 08:30 am. Mineral water from outside. All the staff try to give best service all the time ...but need some time for professional .... Attitude.. rooms are clean as per OYO standard ....

This is a hotel situated in panvel, easily accessible and a comfortable stay. It's a safe place for a safe parking space as well. Staff is co-operative. I did find one of my room little dirty with washroom stinking and as soon as I called the staff they cleaned it.

On my Mumbai trip with my friends we stayed here for almost 8 days , and I definitely enjoyed staying here. Since hotel is in prime location of Mumbai so it's easy for us to visit tourist places easily. Hygeine, cleanliness are superior, staff is hospitable and friendly.
