I had an utterly disappointing and infuriating experience with Abhinav, the manager. He initially quoted 18,000 for a 5-day stay at a specific hotel, took an advance payment, and then pulled a bait-and-switch on the 9th, claiming the hotel was fully booked. Instead, he offered an alternative hotel for one day without any prior notice. To add insult to injury, the hotel owner demanded an additional 1,200 for a bigger room, revealing that Abhinav had only paid 1,300. This blatant dishonesty led to a frustrating ordeal, wasting hours roaming around until 6 pm. It's appalling that the agency's employee resorted to cheating and taking advantage of clients. We were forced to pay a total of 20,700, a staggering 2,700 more than the agreed amount. They could have directly said that we won't have rooms for 18k but they gave me guarantee about rooms nd after paying the advance which was 4,780 something they started this drama This experience exposes the agency's shady business practices, and I would caution others to be wary.

Staying here for two nights, reviewing after 1 night stay. It's a business trip. We are charged 2100 per night all inclusive. Breakfast included. For me I want a clean bedsheet, pillow cover and a ultra hygiene toilet and I found all these satisfied. They just offered us two soaps, and two small bottle of shampoo, no toothpaste and toothbrush. Overall room is clean, bathroom is cleaner Service - don't expect much from the service point of view, I asked to clean my before leaving the room at 10AM, when I arrived at 7PM found my door was open and the excuse was that they cleaned our bathroom. I asked for AC control, the housekeeping guy said will come to my room in 5 min, unfortunately he didn't visit our room till next morning . I'd you don't have much expectations other than a clean room and bathroom, then it's a good stay.

Location was fantastic for me, as it is stone throw away from the APMC market. Serves the purpose well. Good and clearn rooms. Had requested for a room change to accommodate two beds -- they helped us out without any hesitation.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights recently, and overall, it's a pretty decent spot. Here's my breakdown of what I liked, what fell short, and how it could improve. The Good Stuff 1. Air Conditioning: The AC was flawless and worked perfectly, and the remote was super handy. No issues at all! 2. Entertainment: They gave us an Android TV, which was a cool perk. 3. Wi-Fi: Speeds hovered between 25-55 Mbps, which was solid. It dropped a couple of times, but mostly handled video calls, browsing, and streaming without a hitch. 4. Location: The location is a total win! Just an 8-10 minute walk to Turbhe station--perfect for traveling around Mumbai and Navi Mumbai by local train. 5. Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints there--service was pretty good. 6. Bonus Tip: There's a vada pav vendor right outside, and it's legit delicious. Don't skip it--it was a surprise highlight! The Not-So-Good Stuff 1. Bed: The mattress was too hard for my liking. Some might enjoy it, but I'm a soft-mattress person, so sleep wasn't great. 2. Washroom: It was okay, but had some letdowns: A. The toilet seat could've been cleaner. B. Just one tiny soap for bathing and handwashing? Not hygienic or enough--a separate handwash would've been a game-changer. C. Only one towel for two people, despite promising two. I asked for another, but they ignored me. Plus, it was so small it felt like a hand towel! 3. Safety Concern: The door lock was a big miss. No tower bolt or second latch inside, which left me uneasy, especially at night. We have two locks at home, and this is a hotel--it's a basic safety must-have. It's cheap to add but makes a huge difference to feeling secure. My Rating: 8/10 Here's the breakdown: 1 star off for the dirty toilet seat and skimpy toiletries (soap and towel mess). 1 star off for no double lock in the room. Suggestion to the Hotel Please install a simple tower bolt or extra lock inside the rooms. It's a small tweak that'll give guests peace of mind. Safety and privacy should never be compromised! Final Thoughts This place has a lot going for it--awesome location, nice staff, and a decent setup. With a few fixes like better washroom supplies, cleaner toilets, and that extra lock, it could easily be a top pick. I'd stay again if they sort these basics out. Thanks for the stay!

Had good experience with the service staff and receptionist. They were kind and helpful at all times. Only issue was that one room had cockroaches.. luckily saw it in the start and got the room changed.

Really good rooms & hotel. Absolutely worth the price. Staff is also helpful. Small hotel with 2 floors Rooms are spacious and clean. WiFi is also great. Perfect to work from. Worth the money

Noisy room, door locks banging heard from all rooms and their bathrooms, music played at reception and other rooms and neighbouring hutments. But rooms were clean and well kept but small. Place good for 1-2 nights for men only.

It was a really bad experience staying at this hotel. At the time of check-in, the receptionist refused to acknowledge our booking, claiming that only two rooms were booked, even though we had booked two rooms for eight people with extra bed charges and paid in full in advance. The rooms were dirty and smelly, and the breakfast was of very poor quality. It was served in our rooms with no options to choose from; we were asked to pick only one item, either Idli or Poha. The staff at the reception were very unfriendly and rude.
