Capital O Hotel Calista

We had booked this hotel as this was the closest to our exam centre. I have no absolutely no complaints. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive to our needs. Definitely worth the price. Food also wasn't an issue. The hotel informed us about the nearby restaurant, they provided delivery. You can definitely go for it.

No action has been taken against the Hotel even after reporting to the concerned authorities. This property should be closed at the earliest. @oyorooms @mmt should look into it and blacklist this property. Shameful to see this property still exist even after reporting the incident on the night of 11th April,2024. Justice doesn't exist.

Awful experience!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel. I was subjected to an assault attempt at the hotel. The hotel owner locked the gate and enlisted others (his staff)in the hotel to attack me. Instead of the agreed booking amount, the owner demanded the full payment. All of this occurred at night, leaving me feeling helpless. They even attempted to steal my phone and wallet. Fortunately, some potential guests arrived, allowing me to escape. Otherwise, the situation could have been fatal. Please file a complaint against this hotel and ensure they are blacklisted. Urgently requesting action on this matter. Additionally, it's important to note that all those involved were heavily intoxicated and appeared to be drug users. This environment is extremely unsafe. One more thing to add all those guys were completely drunk and owner of the property using foul language (like ma behen ki gali and abhi aa k usko btaya hai mai udar rok k rakh usko hotel k hi andar aur ladke log ko bulao waha jldi). It's highly unsafe. Update : It's disheartening that despite multiple reports to Oyo, no action has been taken against the property owner Ganesh and the hotel. They should be blacklisted from all platforms until then innocent people will continue to be harassed by them. Ganesh, the property owner, exhibits sheer criminal behavior.

Avoid this Hotel !! Since panvel was an overnight stay for us on our trip,we booked this hotel through OYO ( Prepaid ). We called up the hotel upon reaching panvel and they denied the Rooms. It was midnight and we had no other place to go nor we knew the city. Hence we requested if there was any way out. They flatly refused and hung up saying " OYO" Walon se baat Karo". OYO somehow arranged rooms for us ( It was their duty ) and the whole process took about an hour. My father and mother who are 75 and 70 respectively were completely exhausted during this entire ordeal. We adjusted and slept finally at the relocated place. The fact of the matter remains is why such hotels who have partnered with OYO are not moderated by them. Nevertheless i urge all the aggregators to deflag this hotel or take the staff who are responsible for this to task. Hospitality at Capital O Calista remains to be fictional despite several similar reviews.

it was decent not too much good not too much bad

Extremely unprofessional and shameless. Booked the hotel through OYO, upon reaching the hotel they said no rooms are available and that they have no relationship with OYO. At 3:30 AM in the middle of the night, a family was stranded in the middle of nowhere. Worst experience with OYO Customer Service where the tables turned and they said we didn't show up and also took our money.

Very very bad services.. I boked 3 rooms and informed them about my actual check in time.. I reached there with 3 ladies and 2 small babies... After reaching there they informed that they gave the room to someone else... Very much unprofessional service

I had a confirmed booking for over a week and when I arrived the man at the desk just said "no, no, full" and waved me off. I showed him the confirmation and he shook his head and said no, so I had to look for another place to stay
