Seven eleven club

Very bad experience. Suite Room AC not working. They gave another at 9pm room where there was leakage. Staff was very very rude. Food was great. But staff behaviour was very unprofessional. Also, we were served non-jain food even after insisting and confirming many times that we want only Jain food. Indoor games everything is chargeable. But, that was not the problem. Problem was that everyone was told different charges. Some told us charges per game 500. Some told us charges per person 1000 per 2 hours. Table tennis was free. But, to open the TT room you have to walk to reception get permission and wait for 45min for them to open the room. Lawn areas are not accessible after 7pm which is very bad as most would want to enjoy lawn n garden after sunset so that it is not very hot. No valet parking in a 5 star is very shocking. Also, hot water was not coming in the bathroom. Spa timings whenever we went were changed. They gave us 7pm time and told us staff went home. Next morning they gave 10am time and told us staff will come after 12pm. Inroom dining was told to us 24x7 available. But when we ordered food at 1am they told us food is not available till 5 today. They should have informed us prior. It was a very unpleasant stay.

One of the finest stay at 7-11. Elegant and super clean rooms. Breakfast was outstanding and Manager Mr. Tiwary took personal care that all were fine. Thank you for the great time..:

Third class hai humara bill certificates hai 98 lakh ka de nahi raha hai bolta hai Narendra Mehta ki mere office mai aane ka nahi toh tumhara pata bhi nahi chalega aise jab mere 7/11club ka kaam liye the tab Mehta payment nahi karta tha aur mere husband tension lete the kyu ye lene per unhone bahot bada loan le liye ki kaam acha hai toh paisa ayega pehle bhi payment minus kiya aur ab jo bacha hai wo bhi mai de raha hai mera ghar mortgage per hai mere husband ki death ho gayi hai isi sab ka tension leke ab hum kya kaha jaye samajh nahi aa raha ha sucied kar le Mehta ne humari majburi ka pura fyda uthaya hai
