Hotel Sun Shine Inn | Mumbai Gate Restaurant| Banquets & Lawn

Hi all Recently stayed with family The rooms were okayish Had hard pillows. The lights in room could be better and since its highway facing the hotel can use sound proof glasses. The hotel gave me a one hour late check out but i asked for more half hour to which they said " aapko bola tha na pehle se hi 11 ka ho sakta hai , aapko sab Batake book kiya" hospitality industry staff can have better in training on how to speak with guests. They could have easily said " ma'am we are sorry if that was possible we would have done it. " simple and sweet. Drawback: they only provide two bottle of water that too small ones when over they charge double the price of a normal water bottle which costs twenty outside. These days water is a necessity and most of hotels anywhere in country provide atleast 4. This shows the care towards customer. The staff at reception was very average on their dealing with member, on Holi occasion lights went off for straight 2 hours which was inconvenient and the hotel said its not in our hands which I understand but they don't have back up generators. The staff at Mumbai gate restaurant was fantastic with their food and serving amazing people there . Breakfast was great. Overall 3/10 for reception staff 11/10 for restaurant staff 5/10 for room and stay

I had my wedding over here and Mr. Vijay chaudhari was really a great help. He helped me sort a lot of things and our day was amazing. The decor also was done perfectly by Mr. Aalam. If you plan to do any events here please do connect with them.

Only Location is good for this place as it is on main road opposite Thakur Mall, But the problem is that they think they are offering rooms free of cost, Price is very high as compared to service, No toiletries and even hot kettle at such price. Room service slow and on seventh sky. Wifi Doesn't come inside room and outside room speed is zero. My Personal request don't go if they can't upgrade to now a days hospitality services. And last but not least " Least bothered they are for breakfast buffet" nothing tasty and new.

Very good hotel. Very clean room and good service. Food is too good. Staff are very co operative. Going back to home with a good memory.

I had booked their banquet hall and even paid the booking amount which was accepted and all the receipts given to me. I then receive a call from them saying that they have to cancel my booking as that day has been booked by someone else. I had gone to book at the date when they told me to come and was assured that they will reserve the date for my booking. This is absolutely unprofessional behaviour. It's appalling that they have the audacity to tell me that my booking is not confirmed after accepting the booking amount and giving me all documents confirming the same. Will not recommend this place to anyone for sure.

Compare to other hotels , it is good hotel , staff is good , rooms r good , Will stay next time I will choose sunshine hotel
