It's nice setup on eastern express Highway and good rooms

I recently stayed at Hotel Samrat International in Mira Road and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and service provided. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the WEH and a number of shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and high-speed internet. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they made sure that all of my needs were met during my stay. The hotel also offers a number of facilities for guests, which was perfect for the meeting I had during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Samrat International to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Mira Road. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Dusty room, 24 hours construction/repairing noise. Issue were not resolved even after complaining to so called front desk manager. 2 days of absolute wastage. Incident: Called front desk 3AM and complained to stop the construction work which was directly on top of our room 205, instead of compelling to customer's need, he bluntly said its not possible, a very rude person. Language problem does not know anything other than Hindi, so do not list your self as an International

Staff is sick very slow service..... They are not co-operative at all .... Waiters are not good at all plz don't stay here you will regret waiters are not good they don't provide good hospitality

Good looking hotel, affordable but definitely not accepting foreigners and OCI holders. Hotel staffs are very clear and helping foreigner to take another hotel nearby that can accept foreigner.

Be careful... Ur luggage will be gone!!! If give ur car key to reception, Watchmen will do long drive n he will also clear all ur luggage from ur car... As mine was stolen on 22nd feb 2018.
