Arsh Executive Inn

I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with my recent 3-day stay at Arsh Executive Inn. This was, without a doubt, the worst lodging experience I have ever encountered. 1. Room Hygiene: The room was filthy and poorly maintained. It was far from the basic cleanliness standards one would expect from any accommodation. 2. Mosquito Infestation: The room was plagued with mosquitoes, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. There seemed to be no effort to address this issue. 3. No Hot Water: Despite assurances during booking, there was no hot water throughout my stay. When I raised this with the receptionist, I was met with the excuse of a "hot water system problem." This level of unpreparedness is unacceptable. 4. Entrance Condition: The entrance itself sets the tone for the poor experience--an overflowing waterline continuously pouring near the entryway is both unappealing and unprofessional. This facility is far below even basic lodging standards and is unworthy of being called an "executive" inn. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking here unless drastic improvements are made.

There are many third class rooms! Services are also very cheap. I have never seen before this type of third class services and rooms. Overall if u r visiting this hotel. I humble request please don't go... Also rooms not clean TV is also very cheap.

Arsh Executive inn lodging and Bording has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay!

We stayed at Hotel Arsh Executive inn lodging and Boarding for the three nights. We really enjoyed are stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious. The staff is really great. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful they were. That really makes a difference. We enjoyed breakfast each morning. We'd definitely stay here again! Read less

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a horrible experience. We as a couple chose this stay as per seeing the pictures on site, because it was a stay for 6 nights, but it was totally opposite what we experienced. No cleanliness, no maintenance, every corner of the hotel is dirty, the corridors are stinky & messy, unlimited cockroaches in the rooms everywhere which was disgusting. Talking about the food, the prices of the food were reaching limits, too expensive. We were totally unsatisfied with the service, because they say 24/7 room service available, but when you call them in need for even like 24 times they won't pick up the call, you have to go to the reception everytime which was really annoying. They say complimentary breakfast, but when you call for breakfast, no one is there to pickup the call & then you have to look in the entire hotel to find someone to give you the breakfast, and the staff over there were totally irresponsible even if you tell them to clean your room every alternate day, they'll not clean the room. Seriously, this was our worst stay till now. Only good thing was the size of the room, that was spacious but rest nothing was good. Totally never recommended stay.

First of all, the name what u see here and what you see on the hotel is different. So it may be confusing for someone who coming from outstation. Never recommend this place to anyone. I had a horrible experience staying here. I was with family booked a deluxe room after looking at the pics and reviews. We were shocked after seeing the room. It's no better than a cheap lodge. No amenities provided as mentioned. Such as no soap, no body wash, . nothing. The AC makes hell lot of cracking sound so its hard to sleep. Dirty room,dirty linen and mattress. There is no proper entrance. The reception is at first floor and there is no lift available. Unfriendly receptionists. Especially a lady who was literally unwelcoming. Please dont go by the pics. Its completely opposite what you see. Last not the least; The food: they dont allow outside food. Their food menu is expensive.However, the food quality is good. Bad experience at top notch.

Best hotel with good staff and very clean rooms. Would again chose the same hotel in next visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Dirty rooms and bed sheets. The hallway was stinking. The mosquito repellent did not even have the liquid pod attached to it. The staff was unhelpful. When I requested a change of bedsheets then they straight up asked me to check out without refund. Horrible place.
