OYO 77135 Hotel Sun Inn Residency

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The owner, who also doubles as the manager, exhibited shockingly rude behavior throughout my stay. It was evident that the owner's erratic and unpredictable actions were influenced by a psychic disposition, making for an uncomfortable and unsettling environment. Adding to my frustration, the hotel charged exorbitant extra rates for both food and hotel rooms, far exceeding reasonable expectations. The owner, in particular, seemed to delight in creating unnecessary conflicts over these rates, displaying a complete lack of respect for the guests. I cannot stress enough how this experience was not only disappointing but deeply disrespectful. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel at all costs unless they enjoy chaos, unpredictability, and being taken advantage of financially. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

It's located at the main road and very easy to find. Rooms are small but were very neat and clean. It's couple friendly Hotel but both should have valid i.d proof and good thing is that one can even book the room on hourly basis as well and charges will be levied accordingly.

The Manager is the biggest lair ! He will tell you a price when you check in and charge you extra and misbehave with you at the time of check out. Also, they will not provide any proper bills , just scribble on a piece of paper. I normally do not write such bad reviews, but this hotel does not even deserve One star - just for the manager and the staff.

Prices are comparatively higher than raja hotel l, but the cleanliness is much improved compare to raja hotel.TV is working properly, bathrooms are clean, in house restaurant is costly and take time to deliver the order. Supportive staff Rest is good.

We booked this place through Gobibo for a day i.e., 2nd March 2022. Check in time was 12 noon. As our train was early, we reached the hotel around 4am on 2nd March and the hotel charged full amount for the time till 11am. The man at the front desk wanted us to pay Rs1360 for that 4.30-11am slot. We told him we got room for a much lesser deal in Gobibo. So he finally agreed for Rs1200. Fun part is that we saw the same man again at Ramdev restaurant as a staff there too. We got room number 103. Room and bathroom were neat. Room is small. They provided towels and hand wash. Only problem with the room is, not enough space is given for hanging clothes. There is a cupboard but when we stay as a family more space is needed. The hotel is very close to Lal chowky. You need to carry brush, paste, soap shampoo, oil or whatever you need. This is just a boarding place with basic amenities. Okay for a day's stay.

Staff is good. Best service in Kalyan. Fire safety and lift feels safe place to stay with family.

It was nice and clean place but the rooms are not so clean.
