Horrible Experience - Unsafe for Families I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The room provided was in terrible condition -- AC and fan were not working, the room was dirty and unhygienic, and to make matters worse, rats were running inside the room and in the corridors. The hotel staff, including the owner, were intoxicated and extremely rude and uncooperative. Despite booking in advance with full payment, I was told to "do whatever you want" when I requested a room change. I had to leave the property with my wife and 10-year-old son late at night (around 10:30 PM) to find another hotel -- a truly stressful and unsafe situation. Avoid this hotel if you care about basic safety, cleanliness, and human decency.

It was a good hotel. The room are quite good. Location is also good.

First a fall this hotel doesn't deserve 1 rating also, worst OYO I have ever seen, the staff behaviour is very mischievous they don't value their customers, conjusted rooms and internal room service given in the worst level, highly recommended people to please do not visit to this hotel as they don't value their customers.

Rooms are very untidy and unhygienic. In fact, we didn't even check in after seeing the rooms. One of them was filled with the smell of cigarettes while the other had an underwear hanging on the window sill. Even the bedsheets were torn and looked like they had been washed ages ago.

its a scam, false ratings, rooms are super small.
