OYO Hotel Metro Palace

Hotel manager was rude. Did not allow entry inspite of calling well before that we will reach beyond 12am due to Mumbai traffic. Wanted us to pay extra. Money minded. Telling us to book through hotel and not through MMT app. Did not like the place. Rooms are small and bedsheets were stained. No hot water available

4th class hotel in nallasopara don't ever visit this hotel, i booked this hotel online and paid amount online which was showing online and after reaching this hotel , hotel person denied to give booking saying we don't accept online booking u need to pay cash to us and asked for full payment again, and they said we don't accept online booking and u need to pay separately after paying extra money got room very dirty not even proper bed sheet was dirty, towels was very dirty and every 20 min they will disturb u buy asking you again and again for rubbish things

One of the dirtiest place to be condoms under the bed in dust bin and room is shown different and given different as soon as gests enter the room female walks in offering services and if the amount is asked back they refused so had. To let go and walk to different hotel

Service was very good rooms are very Clean 24*7 open or Couple Friendly Also
