Room is verry dirty and verry bad smell in room , service is not good , staff behaviour is bad

Kindly note Please don't book the hotel via online, management are not willing to give the room in that price, asking more money and the reason they saying as they are not accepting online booking with different experience (had this experience with this team), even the google review are wrote by them self so don't look at the high reviews Thanks
