Hotel Comfort Inn

The rooms are good, but I am not satisfied with the restaurant. The unnecessary price is high but the food test and quality are not up to the mark. Also room service is not good, maybe they have issued with online booked customers.

Room was good . Service was not upto the mark Air conditioner was not working properly.we call the operator for the ac issue instead of sending some one he told us to just check out now.small cockroaches & flies in room .... Expectation fail they can do more better

"Extremely disappointed with my stay here. The AC was not working, and there was no cooling at all. I requested a fan, but they didn't provide one. The location is also terrible--too much noise from outside due to its proximity to the railway station. On top of that, the hotel is overpriced for the experience it offers. Not recommended."

Had a great stay at this hotel just outside ambernath station. Price was 2300 excluding breakfast for 2 people. The rooms are well kept and clean. The bathrooms are top notch. But the rooms are not well lit. Only 2 lights were available in the room i stayed in. Nevertheless the beds were soft and comfortable. In a nutshell had a great stay.

I stayed for One night, hotel staff is helpful. Facilities are good and cool enough. Complimentary service are depends which kind of budget you have I have single bedroom which cost to me around 1750/- with GST and payable by credit card. Facilities I got * 4 complimentary water bottle of 1/2 litres. * Ready to made coofee, tea and sugar bags for 2 cups. * 1 dental kit and bathing soap. * Refrigerator, locker, Wi-Fi access. * Shower gel, shampoo and handwash squeeze available with good fragrance. Overall stay was good and comfortable without any kind of distrubance. One extra hour i take to checkout from the hotel without any issue. Some disappointment like no smart TV in my room.

Comfort like name polite behaviour of staff i like the most near Ambernath stn and rooms are excellent bathrooms too ,slight expensive but worth it receptionist pranav helps me and corporate lots polite behaviour like the most and comfortable rooms and quick services. Giving 4 star due to they have recently started charging taxes for rooms they need to work on this taxes must be included in overall price but they charge separately.

Excellent Hospitality and Customer Service. The Owner/manager Mr. Yash was super polite and helpful. Rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and maintained well. This hotel is everything you could ask for and is located at a prime location. Highly recommended.

I had booked the hotel for 24th and 25th March 2020, however due to lockdown and cancellation of all trains and flights I had to cancel the booking. I had paid 50% advance for booking which the hotel management is not refunding citing their internal policy doesn't allow. I am wondering if everything is shut how is one suppose to reach hotel??? Railways and airlines have refunded my entire money with out charges....extremely money minded and unprofessional and inhuman of the hotel management in this time of great global crisis!!!
