I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The place is even more stunning in person - perfect for relaxing or even doing a little photoshoot with its picturesque surroundings. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the caretaker was super attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities provided were great and made the experience very comfortable. We also enjoyed delicious food delivered from nearby local restaurants, which was super convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and photogenic getaway!

The property is excellent. The design is unique and it stands out well. It's simple but gives nice vibes. The rooms are nice with excellent design bathrooms. The verandah in the front and rear side is spacious enough giving . The lawn is nicely manicured. The property is excellently maintained. It's away from the city hustle. Since there are less constructions in this area , the countryside atmosphere is prevalent and its bliss to see the sunrise whilst listening to the peacocks and mooing of cows. The facility is impeccable ; the caretaker stays at the facility and is available for any support. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. The approach road isn't developed yet and there are no streetlights . Hence precaution needs to be exercised but isn't a major concern .

Raje Farms is an absolute gem, built in the traditional Kerala style, which adds so much charm and authenticity to the place. The property has a very cool and calming vibe, surrounded by open lands, farms, and mountains. You can hear the sounds of birds, cattle, and even spot peacocks in the area, making it a truly serene experience. The property itself is massive, with a spacious sitting area, dining area, kitchen, and two large bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms. The central courtyard is the highlight of the home, and when it rained during our stay, the atmosphere was simply breathtaking--an unforgettable view! There are verandas at both the front and back of the property, and we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the pleasant rain outside at a small dining table. The peaceful surroundings made the experience blissful and truly one-of-a-kind. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. If I could give 10 stars, I would--5 just doesn't do justice! This was an experience I'll never forget, and I can't wait to visit again!

Recently while visiting Kolhapur we came across this property Raje Farms which is an amazing place to stay with your family. The place is beautifully built with traditional style architecture. They have to two bedroom a kitchen, dining area and a kids playing area outside. Parking space is also available for 2 cars. We can feel closer to nature.

My stay at Raje Farms was nothing short of amazing. The Wada-style architecture, with its distinctive charm, provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a taste of local culture.

This property is perfect for a wonderful experience of a traditional Wada. Kolhapur, being a princely state, inspired us to seek an offbeat experience that would give us a touch of tradition while keeping us connected to nature. There are seating areas at both the entrance and the back of the villa, with chairs and a table where we enjoyed snacks and tea while taking in the cool weather. The highlight of the property is the central courtyard. I cannot describe our emotions while sitting on the swing facing the courtyard when it was raining, actually experiencing the rain while sitting inside the house. It was completely like a dream. This was a unique experience in Kolhapur, offering views of the mountains and greenery while still being just 10 minutes away from the city.

Had great time at Raje farms with Family. Felt like we are at our native. Fresh air , scenic view between nature. rooms are clean. hygiene is maintained. Recommending friends to visit and have great time at Raje Farms.

Koustubh's place is a hidden gem in the city of Kolhapur. The moment you step in you feel at home and get fascinated by the way the place is maintained. We had a great time with our family and everyone was very delighted with the property and services. For our family , we have a home in Kolhapur now and we are eager to come back and spend time here.
