Hotel Ratan Deluxe

Property is in prime location however housekeeping wasn't cooperative, receptionist was polite, rooms were pathetic not clean they need renovation, washrooms were not clean, bad experience

They are not refused to continue the stay upto the time , what we booked. And they scolded while keeping normal should bag over their sofa, where there is no any table to keep in waiting area. I felt very bad behaviour for reception staff

The rooms were okay, decent for a stay. However, the washrooms were not clean at all. The inside of the toilets had feces in them; they had not been properly cleaned. Every room we checked had bathrooms in this condition. But the prices of the rooms were reasonable

Staff was third class , Bad Service ,pls dont come

The location is convenient, and the staff is polite and supportive. There is street parking available. However, there is no hand wash provided in the toilet, and hot water is available from 6 am to 10 am in the morning. The hotel serves delicious food, but the rates are a bit on the higher side. They do provide complementary soap. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its reasonable price."

Pathetic rooms where cockroaches runs everywhere. Charges are for 12 hours like check-in @12pm and check out @ 11 AM. Not a recommended hotel to stay near Miraj.

Rooms not cleaning Bacterial rooms

Worst hotel ever stayed. Bathrooms wee dirty, bedsheets were not changed. Don't trust The photos shown in google.
