The food served in the function that we attended here was super pathetic. The service was so slow that we had to go other nearby hotel and have something. Water was mixed with cold drink and served. Would never recommend to have catering services from this hotel. Even though the banquet hall was good but very bad stinking smell all over because of wet carpet. Not sure how the staff even went ahead with putting that carpet. Overall very bad experience.

They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Their genuine enthusiasm and dedication to making our stay memorable truly impressed us. The accommodations were perfect for our family. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with amenities that catered to both adults and children. The hotel had a variety of family-friendly facilities, such as a swimming pool, a play area, and even organized activities for kids. Our children were thrilled with the fun-filled options available to them, and we appreciated the hotel's efforts to create a welcoming environment for families.

If there was a option of 0 star i would have given that. Rude staff. No courtesy. Worst experience.

I recently attended a wedding at a hall which left much to be desired. The size of the hall was comparable to a small residential room, cramped and lacking in space. To make matters worse, the air conditioners were not functioning properly, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment. The overcrowded hall, filled with guests, made it even more difficult to breathe, as the lack of oxygen was palpable. Additionally, the hall lacked proper hydration options, leaving guests feeling dehydrated. The catering service provided at this hall was nothing short of disappointing. The staff appeared unhygienic, with improper attire that compromised the overall experience. The buffet system was chaotic, making it difficult for guests to navigate through the uneven floors and dirty carpets. As expected, the hall was not air-conditioned, which added to the discomfort. The live Dosa corner, which should have been a highlight, turned out to be a disappointment as well. The sight of the cook's sweat dripping onto the dosas being prepared was unappetizing. Moving on to the main course, it was below average in terms of taste and quality. The entire experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend celebrating any event at this hall. Even the ice cream corner, which should have been a saving grace, turned out to be a letdown. The person serving the ice cream was unprofessional and unclean, using a sticky scoop and even their own thumbnail to scoop the ice cream into the cups. Overall, despite being a prime spot, this hall failed to meet expectations on every level. I cannot recommend it for any kind of event or celebration.

Very poor service from staffs. Even they don't have basic utilities in washroom like hand wash. The mattress and pillow cover were untidy. Complained to receptionist about tv not working. They simply don't care. Poor staffing and services. Will not recommend to any one. Simply waste of money.

Had attended a function here. The food served was good However the place was very unhygienic. Lots of mosquitoes too. Lot of bars too besides this hotel.
