Not a good place for family specially for senior citizens and kids/babies. We booked for 1 day - 1 night stay and experience was horrible. This place feels like least visited place. We were offered 2 rooms on 1st floor in villa. 1 room occupied by a parents and another room me, my wife and 1.8 months baby girl. The stairs were full of pigeon droppings and common area was not clean, sofa was full of dust. Rooms and toilets were giving sense of unhygienic feel like haven't cleaned. Balcony condition was pathetic full of pigeon dropping and in that AC water outlet was released, imagine the situation. We have to keep out windows closed all day.We ordered lunch at 11.50am and the same was delivered post 2pm. Flush and geysers were not working. Our parents room's AC was not work properly. Almost whole evening we spent running behind them to get this fixed, several other rooms we checked but all of them having same issues. Finally at night around 11pm we gave up and slept. Morning we decided to leave without taking bath. Worst experience was during check out with all the above issues it was obvious we decided we will not pay whole amount as almost half of our day was spoiled due to there mismanagement. Low level staff themselves have accepted the problems we faced however their senior staff Mr Jatin, was rudely stating we have to pay all amount. he threatened he will not allow our family to check out. Due to this we didn't feel safe and left after making payment. As its a lonely place. He was off the opinion, they have apologized for the same and nothing much can do. Few of the staffs were good and supportive however the problem liase with thpe owner/senior management. We were also asked to give positive feedback on Google by one of there bellboy.

Rating: We had a wonderful stay at this property! The villas are spacious, well-maintained, and budget-friendly, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially appreciated that it was entirely vegetarian. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay! Note: While coming from Fountain side their is a right turn which is not being shown on the Google maps and it's shows more 30 minutes.. Take care.
The property is good with great location . Room Hygiene is good. But, the service is not up to the mark. Room service by restaurant was just as they were doing it for the first time. Even after asking them to clear they were just ignoring when forced they had kept the soiled plates just out side the rooms and did not vkear the same till next morning that too after making the complaint. The lunch at restaurant was horrible where the staff was not at all trained for service and every thing was messed. Dal khichi took more than 50 mins to be served and the crispy served was not cooked properly. Final say pls avoid ... and go only if u have no other option.
Excellent place for Weekend getaway near Mumbai. Location is excellent and it is extremely close to Mumbai city. Rooms are fine, can be improved. Bungalows are connected with big open ground, usually used for wedding and function. We spend good time there playing cricket.
The entrance to the location is odd.it's right on the busy ghodbunder road where you have to take a u turn on fast moving heavy truck dominated highway. From the highway, the resort is far off and the road is single lane, so lot of traffic jam at this roads when multiple events are planned in the nearby resorts. The open resort are, the food was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. But the wash rooms were not so good. Need cleaning and ventilation.
Woodstock Acres villa is very nice, cool and peaceful place to spend weekends. They have 4 BHK villas each given separately or u can book the whole villa. Seperate options are available for booking. About the facilities. The villas are nice. The rooms are quite ok. Some small issues like missing towel/mosquito repellent but were resolved quickly. About the restaurant. Neat, food is tasty and good. Served hot. Captain Mr. Pawan Kumar was very polite and looked to it that we enjoy the meals. Adjustable in timing of the food also. Overall experience was good. Recommend to visit. I think will look more greener in Rains. Pool side showers are not in good condition. They provided extra towels during pool. Nice pool.
Good stay overall, with a few minor hiccups. We visited Woodstock Acres Villa Resort as a group -- 3 couples plus our 2-year-old daughter -- and overall had a good experience. Pros: Swimming pool was fantastic -- very clean, with a large baby pool and a jacuzzi. We loved it! (Just note: no beach towels, and the jacuzzi starts only after 11 AM.) Villa setup was excellent -- each bedroom had a small balcony, and there were two huge terraces plus a spacious hall with great seating. Amenities: Fridges were provided both in the kitchen and bedrooms, and hot water was available. Breakfast was decent -- poha, upma, misal, cornflakes, chocos, tea, coffee, bread, butter, and jam. Lunch and dinner (veg-only resort) were tasty; we also ordered non-veg for the villa, though it took a while as it came from outside. Sunset view from the villa was stunning! Appreciate that the team allowed us a late checkout (4 PM) on Sunday after multiple requests. Cons: The villa was a bit dusty, especially the stairs and hall (likely due to nearby construction). No microwave or option to heat food inside the villa. Room key system was frustrating -- they didn't provide duplicate keys, so every time someone accidentally locked a room, we had to call the staff. This happened 3 times! AC was excellent in Room 901 (ground floor), decent in 902, but weak in Room 903 (first floor). Although the villa can easily accommodate 10 guests, breakfast was complimentary only for 6 people -- seemed odd. Traffic warning: Ghodbunder Road on Saturdays can be crazy. It took us 3 hours instead of 1 hour to reach the property due to roadblocks. (We avoided it on the return trip by going via Borivali.) Overall, it's a peaceful place to relax with family or friends, especially if you enjoy pools, sunsets, and spacious villas. Would recommend -- just plan your travel times carefully!
Was attending a family wedding. Even after showing my concern regarding uneven walkways and potholes no one did anything.. and it ended up costing my mother a broken bone! What's even worse is the guy at reception doesn't care for anything! The manager seems to be just counting days.. I spent the entire day at the hospital getting my mother a surgery.. The management didn't even bother to apologise let alone take any corrective action.. Owners need to take some major corrective action or this beautiful property is all set to be doomed!
