Faltu service We had an event arrogant mr Shetty started to switch off the airconditioner. We requested him to give more than half hours but he denied.. And also there was no room service they had no water bottle in the room they said u will get a water bottle after 11 am ..to drink

I had booked this place for a Wedding reception and believe me the service was outrageous. The decorator was out there to loot you, all the decorations were falling apart. The DJ's music system was pathetic. If you don't want the horror of a horrible wedding to haunt you, then avoid booking this place.

After paying much more money than it deserves...just for asking for drinking water...next thing i hear is its paid and also additional GST for drinking water...they gave 2 bottles of 500ml water bottles as complimentary...asking for another drinking water bottles are charged...!!! for two people...they cant even give 1ltr. Water for one member...towels are charged... I literally had to fight for fresh towels...dont ever use room service because its not free...whatever you ask for...it comes with bill...WITH GST ADDED...!!!and you have to pay on spot they cant even wait till you check out...!!!

The air conditioners are not very affective it's hot dude and we can barely breathe in this atmosphere. Even the fan is not working, what are we paying you guys for

We went there today after checking online for restaurants near Mira Bhayandar. Since we reached around 6.16pm we had to wait for our order as it was not their serving time. We had reached early due to some other commitment. The food was very good. Freshly made and tasty. It was really worth the long unpleasant ride. I'm sure we will go there again. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Keep it up guys.

The accommodations are not suitable for long-term stays due to the presence of air conditioning leakage and the rooms being rather small for the price. Although they do offer paid food services, payment must be made upon food delivery rather than at checkout. The overall service quality is below average, resulting in a two-star rating.

Very bad experience reception staff also over Smartens very expensive i really don't like this dont visiting again plzzzzz .......
