Surbhi Hotel

I visited the restaurant where we ordered coffee and chicken sweet corn soup. I do not know where to begin, be it the unhygienic & uncooked food or the tasteless coffee, the shabby and old cutlery or the cleanliness as well as the service and mannerisms of the waiters and their hygiene. The interior of the restaurant has a totally cheap and third class vibe. Would never recommend anyone from decent family background to ever visit this place.

Worst instead of pakoda they literally served bhaji and also mix fruit k jagha real mixed juice in glass disgusting guys atlist mention what are we getting !

The worst Restaurant I've ever visited... The quality of food was worst...the ambience was not so good & unhygienic..and worst thing is the cutleries were not properly cleaned...service was slow and as they mentioned it's a family restaurant but there were a lot of bachelors which made my family feel awkward... The chicken was not cooked properly And the management really lack for maintaining cleanliness I hope this review helps you .

The taste of the food was below average. It was my first time there and will be my last time. First we ordered a chicken starter which was raw from inside so we complain and the manager replaced it with another dish than we ordered main course and there was no taste to that dish seems like we were all eating boiled chicken with some weird taste curry.

We prefered the ac family room. The seats cushions were missing. Seats were not that comfortable or neatly arranged. Staff is polite but not well trained. Food service is not fast. Quantity is good quality is ok.. Google pay is accepted. Compared to ac outside arrangement is nice.

Very tasty food must try chicken crispy.... very clean hotel and nice service and there is a garden for small kids to play.. and for family there is a special sitting arrangement

Third class service and cost is to much for food

Doesn't follow hygiene and service is the worst of all. The staff who book/allot rooms are very rude. Better don't book rooms here you might find good hotels to stay in other places. Staff charges whatever price they want for cheap rooms.
