Was booked for a wedding. Food and decorations were worth it but room management was abysmal. Our guest had to wait 3- 4 hours for a room, they were moved Atleast 3 times before getting a good room. Not even an adjustment on price for the shitty service . Won't recommend for room book for a wedding unless you are ok to hear from your families and have them stranded. Pure stupidity and won't recommend this place for a wedding

Fantastic Stay! Had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Uday -- he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Clean rooms, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This place is overpriced. Quality of food is good but service is super slow. They focus on bulk bookings like wedding or birthday parties. Rooms are average no basic amenities like phone,damaged furniture etc. no much activities are there except few games. Lawn area is not maintained. Pool size is small not enough for 10 people. Don't go with family it's waste of money.

Had a company event and held over here, it was truly an amazing experience!!! the staff was very courteous and kind and helpful at all times! the food was also really good! the place is not too far away from the station , so travel is also quite easy making the area very accessible overall really great place, some of our members stayed in the rooms and some stayed in the dormitory, but either way the place is really clean everyone seemed to have liked the overall experience of the place , Especially the pool !!!

Stay was okay. Only thing i like was infinity pool. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Staff was not cooperative. Had candle light dinner for which they charged which was complimentary. Didn't had option to upgrade our room Nd charged extra for other room. which we had booked was on first floor(villa). We couldn't go because of our small baby. Property is old and not maintained properly. Need to focus more on cleanliness.

Was at a wedding for the family and it was an awful experience from room management to service. We were moved atleast 3 times before getting a new room. The staff are not prepared enough to manage roons. Food and decoration were good but wont recommend for wedding. Awful managment. Worst of all, prepare to be moving your hand a lot in the washroom due to the stupid sensors that switch lights off every 2 sec. Wont recommend for a wedding.

Hotel is good. Food is good. But service is third class. When you order food it will take about an hour for you to get the food. If you want to eat here please order at 1 go. Else best advice would be to have food elsewhere. Staff is clueless.
