Maxwell Hotel

No light in room , beds are like hospital ,no wifi , water is very dirty, the tea is 40 rs per cup but it is not worth it , no soap no mirror , no place to keep clothes, the lights are like china , no god roads , no safty , 2 kutte pale ek bhi kam ka nahi hai ,

Didn't like the rooms the room wer quite dirty the bath mat was very very dirty and filthy can't even express in words the bed sheet was also dirty the bathroom door was broken when we complaint to the reception he didn't care the ac was only for the name sake and the swimming pool water can't express so filthy that even the sea water looked clean and clear at such time,Very bad experience hotel maxwell you need to keep up otherwise no one will return back......

The kitchen was very unhygienic staff were pathetic served food was contaminated by and caused food poisoning Also out side food is not allowed guest are forced to eat inhouse hotel food which is made in very unhygienic kitchens leading to food poisoning

AC is only on 26 degree. Any even the simplest order takes 45 mins to arrive. The staffs are rude. It's better to avoid this place. Not worth spending 500 also on it

The one thing I will never forget about this place is their swimming pool. For the first time in my life, I had to say no to a swimming pool because I could easily drown in it and I almost did because of my friends. Lolz. I love this resort for many reasons. 1. It is a bit closer to and from Bhayander. 2. It's up to the mark. 3. Fantastic rooms. 4. Amazing pool. 5. The rooftop pool is another great catch. 6. It has a terrace to party if you are in a group. 7. It's a very quiet place. Genuinely, they are top-class as compared to many resorts in Gorai hence I will always recommend this place. Especially if you are someone who prefers sophisticated stays. I'm hoping to visit you soon. My last visit was in 2017 but I've passed by this place many times and it still looks attractive.

It's a nice place to b with family. Very soothing environment. Good ambience. Tasty food and snacks. Pull ur friends to Pool... very nice... Great service from the hotel. Would like to visit again...ty

We went for a one day outing. It was a last minute plan we found this resort and thought it looked good we booked a room for us. In all we were 6 people 4 adults and two children. It was a suite but they charged us 2 days as we checked in the evening we had entered the room it was big but no ventilation also the the room was stinking the washroom was like a lane very congested and the flush button was not concealed and there was white cement all over nor there was force. There was no ceiling fan just a small cooler which could not cover the whole room and there was a small ac on the wall. So we had requested for another cooler but there was no room service. We had to ask the waiter about the status of the cooler but still it had not come. In the mean while we had ordered food which took time but the food was very tasty it had not come altogether. Still we had requested the cooler but no response again. In the room there was a tv and AC with no remote, we had to ask them the remote but nobody gave. Then we tried to sleep but we could not as we all were sweating as there was no cooling and the remote was not provided. It was a sleepless night also there were elders with us 70+ .We got up in the morning and went for breakfast and complained about the AC but there was just an apology where as we paid them 8000 for this hopeless room. The breakfast took more than 30 minutes to arrive. We were going to the pool dressed up but surprisingly there were youngsters having beer inside the pool and dirty music so we had changed our plan and went to another resort pool by paying 1000Rs. overall the experience was pathetic. Would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. This room was only worth 2000. I hope this feedback will help to bring some improvement.

It's a very nice place. Please visit. The service is Awesome. You wont believe me I order for a dish I wanted to eat around 12:30 PM and it was from the buffet that was closed around 10 pm. However, they generously made me that dish for me. I would give it 5 star. And top of that they have a amazing pool around 6 feet deep. Amazing place must go.
